The only reason that I can think of for non payment of wages is gross misconduct. He's stated publicly staff stole from the business.
If he had no evidence to support these claims it's unfair dismissal. I'd have to check but I think there is a time frame in which the matter needs to be addressed.

If staff were stealing, there was more he needed to do than fire the staff doing it. I'm not going to say more and give him ideas

There was never anything to steal there was never money in the business account to “steal”.. how many times in the last 12 months has he repeatedly said staff have stole from him time and time again? It’s getting a bit boring

I don't know, I only have a nose when he makes these types of videos. What was the reason given to staff he let go?

Feel sorry for her in the sense that she wasted her time getting back with him, making another child with him then having to leave him again because of the person he is. I mean it’s probably for the best she’s gone from him but I’m sure she regrets having a bigger family now

Correct. There was a huge competition on instagram. The typical Like, Tag and Share rules. Got loads of entries (as expected as it was for 50k)
Just a couple of days before the competition was to end. The rule changed. Due to hackers, the competition had been breached. The new rules then included going to his website and entering your details.
Turns out this was a subscription people were signing up for and was basically mining people's data. We don't know what he done with this data he got from this scam.
When announcing the the winner. He picks a name from a hate. Tore it up laughing and say that they were one of his biggest throlls. Then said that he knew what he was going to do with the money. Didn't say then. We had to wait a few days for another video of him donating the money to PIPS.
If you want more details, I'm sure PIPS would be a good search word to use in tattle to get the previous conversations

These companies are a dime a dozen and none of them are bringing their personal lives into the game.
They don't need to. This is a train wreck.
He got caught out on a lie re the Netflix documentary, tried to spin it as a yarn about catching trolls, then tried to monetise that lie with his self help programme. Can you say fugazi?
I do feel bad for this chap but not for the reasons he wants me to believe and whatever spin he's about to release. It's all very sad.

The business isn’t ideal or sustainable. Could you imagine him on Dragons Den pitching lol.
He needs to stop trying to prove something, dissolve the business and swallow his pride for once and for all. I know some of his family and honestly, I don’t know where they got him from! He would probably earn more doing the personal training. No one buys microwave meals.
