He has some serious serious issues, a psychologist would have a field day with him.

He is so ANGRY? It’s hilarious. How does anyone take him seriously? And the sound effects? And the whole set up. He has got to be ill. If he was SO SURE who the owners of tattle are, he would have posted them now. He’s not, and clearly running scared of any more legal action. That video was clearly prompted by legal action going to be taken against him is he didn’t apologise. And let’s not forget the owners of Tattle aren’t doing anything wrong anyway 😂

Drawing attention to himself even more, sending more traffic to Tattle and therefore increasing ‘Caroline and her husbands’ Adsense revenue even more - well done Andy!

Just rewatched it and he says Caroline and her tech whizz fella have stolen his customer’s details?? That’s a serious accusation to make but also I thought he used a fake competition to steal people’s email addresses and phone numbers so he could bombard them with discount codes for his meals?

I hope Andy has undertaken his legal requirement to inform the data protection authorities of this loss or even potential loss of customer data.
Legal and morally he has an obligation to protect his customers and their data.

Andy would have to prove that he had the customer data encrypted securely to begin with (that was honestly obtained). He also has to have a data officer to report to because he keeps customer records and sensitive pieces of information.

Following the fallout from his competition, the ASA involvement and the fact they recommended it was referred to the PSNI makes me think GDPR wouldn't be Andys strong point.
 
FYI. If the Data Protection Act has been breached. If someone stole his customers details. It will be Andy that will get fined. It is up to Andy to ensure his customers details are protected and safe from anyone. Including hackers. His systems need to be compliant and constantly updated to prevent new software from stealing information. Its been a few days now since he started saying about Tattle attacking his site. Did he take measures to prevent it?
Has his systems been updated and secured since?

Also, the GDPR fines are huge. It's best for him not to report it and shut the duck up about it and say nothing, so no one reports him.

Wee Andy ain't really angry. I have seen better acting in the school panto. All this additional site traffic he is generating makes me think Andy is Tattle 😅

Dear lord I thought the first video was bad.

Few questions 1. Why is he trying to talk like conor mcgregor?

2. Was it not sinead heagarty that said cancer victims manifested their cancer on them?

3. Why is Caroline flack always the go to for influencers ? Do they not realise that young kids today have serious issues around their appearance due to the 'influencing culture' causing low self esteem and depression?

4. If Andy was really sorry Why wait a full week before apologising publicly and putting his sheep straight?

I detest that Caroline Flack is always brought up and has become the poster child for their anti-trolling agenda. Caroline Flack was hounded by press for years but I’m particular following a domestic incident which led to her arrest and subsequent court case. Caroline’s issues and struggles went far beyond anything to do with trolling and anyone who’s done a shred of research or watched the recent documentary (which was fully supported by her family) will realise that Caroline was a fragile person with mental health issues as well as many other deep rooted issues. Her treatment by the press was abhorrent BUT his ridiculous “Throll busting” agenda is something different entirely.

I can’t even articulate how embarrassed I am for him. Somebody close to him needs to stage an intervention. It’s getting out of hand.
