It’s because she hasn’t had the bar downsized, when it was pierced it’ll been pierced with a long bar so if it were to swell it’d be ok. She really needs to go and get it switched out to a smaller bar as you can already see it’s gone wonky it also looks ridiculous sticking out so far.,
