Pia is a PA. Pia does everything and anything Amelia is too haughty or incapable of doing: packing up, moving out (it was her handwriting on the post-its on the boxes), organising...the list is endless. She used to be a nanny, I guess this past experience helps loads to deal with the ultimate irresponsible kid Amelia.

Probably over her lost friendship with Guy and Jak.
Jak, not so much but Guy and Amelia were pretty close, I'm sure it must have hit her hard seeing them at the hotel but not being able to just go over and sit with / spend time with them.
I'm sure I remember their friend group would holiday together at this hotel.
