All the meals she had in Greece looked quite healthy...i find it hard to believe she gained much weight from a few pieces of fish. Not like she was eating kebabs, tzatiki, greek potatoes, baklava every day

I have FAI and had surgery. No massive screws or plates needed. It’s very debilitating and requires a lot of specific physio. She should really try and explain it better and mention that one solution won’t fit everyone

Whoah she needs to be very careful what she’s saying there!!!! She isn’t a medic. She shouldn’t be merrily saying she went against her doctor’s advice on social media. Just because it worked for her (so she says) it is NOT the same for everyone. That post is worth reporting - not that Instagram will do anything but she needs to really stay in her lane.
