Congratulations to @OldBlondie, who wins the thread title! I had to edit it down to fit, the full title is "Simply The one where Andrea faced off with Alice in OPEN court, much to the tattlers surprise and utter utter elation".

While we wait for @Old Soak's detailed recap, in short - Alice and Ioan were in court on 9 September. In a move that no one expected, Andrea Burkhart turned up to see the proceedings. Alice then tried to take a photo of Andrea in court, and was ordered by the bailiff to delete it. Alice then posted to Instagram while in court, and accused Andrea of stalking her.

Ioan has to pay Alice $3000k a month in child support, and $1500 a month in spousal support. He doesn't owe any money in arrears, for all of Alice's idiot supporters who keep insisting he hasn't been paying child or spousal support.

•We knew we were in for a big day but only Andrea knew before the day was upon us that she was making a special cameo 🤭

•If you don’t know already, Andrea Burkhart turned up to the Stanley Mosk courthouse for the big day

•This revelation had most tattlers rolling on the floor, tits akimbo, crying tears of laughter

•Alice was also present in person

•It wasn’t long before Burkhart reported that Alice was in the shits with the bailiff for taking a picture of Andrea (and probably also Ioan) and was taken into the hall to delete the photos and prove that she deleted them 🤣

•Alice posted Andreas selfie tweet of herself outside the courthouse on her grid

•Just to go back, Alice posted an old selfie of her and the girls in middle of the night before court saying she can’t sleep

•Who was reflected in her sunglasses in the photo? None other than Ioan, her ex captive

•Speaking of, Alice may not be caught up enough yet to realize that in her fit of pique, she outed her damn self on her instagram post. •The judge didn’t so much as order but reduced support to guideline child support at $1500 per month per child and interim spousal support at $1500 until another evidentiary hearing in February

•The judge formally slapped Alice’s ass with a Gavron warning which is an order for Alice to find a job or make it her full time job to find a job

•Thankfully neither girl were there

•Bianca and Lin weren’t there, seems they knew they wouldn’t be testifying

•Alice is all over her instagram and it’s only 2 pm PST. We expect a long night as we await the daily mail article and the wine hits its peak

•We’re also waiting for the minute order for more information

•Oh yeah, Andrea heard yelling coming from the judges chambers when they were all in there lol

I know it's all shits and giggles and tits akimbo, but maybe we all can take a moment to think how horrible it will be for the kids to have Alice talk about how the judge doesn't want their dad to give them money.

She's already posted about having to tighten their belts even though she has more than enough money.

I think Andrea being there might be a pivot no one expected in that Alice's true madness is now connected to real people.

She really tried to take a picture and really got disciplined by a bailiff. She really thinks her delusional world is real.

She will make the kids work.

Oh wow, seriously...Alice, who earns barely pennies per day at her chosen profession, is trying to take a pop at how much Andrea Burkhart might be earning at hers? :ROFLMAO:

Btw, Alice, speaking as a lawyer myself, guess what? Some of us are actually fortunate enough to earn enough not to have to work 24/7. Sometimes, we even get to go on vacation. I know, it just blows your mind, doesn't it!

(And while we are on the subject of making bank, how's that job searching going?)

She is a master of self sabotage, I don't think I have ever seen someone fuck up so spectacularly before.

She has had YEARS to sort her shit out.

She could have gone back to college and got a qualification or used her socials for positive means and become some sort of influencer or become a presenter ANYTHING and instead She chose to ruin her life (and the kids) what an idiot honestly.

Wish she would get invited to appear on I'm a celebrity it would be hilarious She wouldn't be able to hide her real personality for long
 
What a day!

In the last week I've been back in hospital due to damn pleurisy...which is now pneumonia. Home now and trying my best to cough up both lungs...reading the last thread I nearly choked... with laughter!

If I was Alice, I'd be looking for somewhere cheaper to live, tout suite...as well as a real full-time job! No doubt the cries of 'abject poverty' are going to get even louder now...

Congrats to Andrea for freaking the silly cunt out, and congrats to all here who also had good news today!

God speed James Earl Jones...
 
We certainly do spare a thought for the girls and I know where you’re coming from but it’s time that Alice pays for her abusive ways and is held to account for her share of the childcare. It’s the state of California that has failed those girls and kept them in a house of misery. Andrea was some well needed accountability that no one expected and it’s about time. I hope she’s not too hard on the girls, that they can go and hide on their screens while she explodes online but we can’t do much more can we? ❤️

I'm just reading and it's far more unhinged than we even knew:
