not only is Ioan not in arrears, it also says that credits will be retroactively applied pending the hearing in february. Those are 400k based on the prenup and even if they end up throwing out the prenup and use guideline support it's still a six figure number (no idea what her minion is on about that Alice will receive extra payments because of long term marriage: this doesnt exist, the whole long term marriage aspect is about length, not amount). They agreed to 1.5k most likely because it's roughly a amount that likely will not further increase the money Alice owes him

The only "good" thing that came out of this for her I guess is that the divorce continues many more months. But that's nothing positive in a normal sense.

Note btw for all the things we discuss here that those are not rulings from a judge (obviously he will have pushed for a lot of this) but a stipulation between two parties. Alice's agrees with this stuff.

It's not quite 5am here (Tuesday) and my daughter woke up at 3:30. I thought I'd check Tattle, thinking there would be no news yet. I love you Andrea Burkhardt, but you're responsible for me not going back to sleep. 🤣🤣🤣 About to go for a 5 km run before I head to work. Had to blur those as not to trigger Big Al, who I am sure is reading here!
