I doubt that, they appear to show as evidence (which is weak) that Tone is following that account.

Though as circumstantial evidence it's interesting because they troted that line out when nothing was known about what has been settled, this user is glued 24/7 to tattle so I reckon they saw us speculating about it and then put their spin on it, but it could also be that they felt safe enough to say this since the speculation already exist (that user is clearly one of the people that took over Deb & Lin's former role, except they operate with an alt). They certainly didnt helped Alice's case.

I can see your point though: The police report states one of those accounts that they reported (one of the accounts that was badmouthing them) as being Alice's, so her denial about her never using sock accounts is legally a bit problematic, because it seems like it was legally proven. Just not enough to get criminal charges (her side doesnt seem to understand that these things are not mutually exclusive)

A lot of people have actually come out to talk about her abuse. Ioan, Bianca, their families, the lady in the car park, people she bullied online, some of whom are known in the industry. Others, like Glenn Close for example, don’t give a shit about the cunt and refuse to even use her name in conversation.

I absolutely believe the judge will give her a Gavron warning that she is required to work. I can't imagine Ioan's lawyers haven't requested one at this point. We'll know soon enough, but 3.5 years in and the fact she still hasn't pursued meaningful income to support herself won't bode well with the judge.

Her financials thus far show she's a big spender racking up debt with no substantial work to cover it. She hasn't made changes to accommodate her financial situation like moving to an affordable apartment, giving up that ridiculously expensive storage unit and selling off the contents, etc. She hasn't paid her bills (see leccy bill), yet has impressive mystery money wire transfers being deposited into her bank accounts and a GFM as well.

IMO, this all paints a pretty damning picture for the judge of someone who is irresponsible and unwilling to live within their means and expects their lifestyle to be funded by others.

I would love to know who I pissed off at one time. I am always polite and have never been in an Uber while drunk. I mean, still a good rating but I’ve still been marked down at some point!

Speaking of abject poverty, while it does suck if her AC is out, a huge amount of housing in LA doesn't even have AC. The weather is nice enough you can get along with fans most of the summer, and many of the more affordable (lol, still more expensive than almost anywhere else in the state) apartments are old enough they have no AC. When the Santa Ana winds blew occasional heat waves in, we drank ice water in cold baths for a few days 🤷‍♀️🐀 her AC, broken though it may be, is one of her many luxuries many of her neighbors won't have

I am OLD and grew up in the Arabian Gulf before central air conditioning was a thing everywhere - we only got it when we moved into a brand new house. We maybe had a couple of AC units. The rest of the time we made use of fans, shade, open windows and the beach. The houses were built to channel breezes and had overhangs to shade the windows. The first house I lived in as a child had a huge shaded veranda, open on two sides with fly netting, and facing north. Of course, we didn't wear layers of dirty clothes, topped off with a horseblanket, like Malice. Cotton dresses and flipflops, only changed to sandals for school.

I find most places with central air conditioning too cold so I need a cardigan or shawl, just like the shops are far too hot in the winter in the UK. We never had it cranked high, just enough to take the worst off.
