I needed to amend it slightly to remove the swear word and make it fit, but it still works imo. If you are unhappy, please sue me for utter defamation. I will of course respond reasonably in the face of your predictable litigation abuse, making wild untrue claims, flashing my arse at you and alienating you from your friends and family. The focus of my campaign will be a Rolex watch that is clearly unrelated to the original issue.

this is btw false, he wants to be part of their lives but wont be to protect their well-being due to their moms behavior whenever they see him. Same reason why "he has no interest in co-parenting"

also what has Ioan getting a new relationship a year post-separation to do with high acrimony? she is basically admitting coercive control here. it's on her to not react like this to something very normal.

Her statement is supposed to be from her own knowledge that she can testify to. And it's a direct quote which can only arise out of my kids told me that X person told them that Ioan said this to X.
 
I'd like to thank all here for keeping me so entertained during the last few weeks - I've been in hospital with Pleurisy and am now stuck at home feeling like hell. Special mention to Hiraeth for the court documents...I spent 20 years in the UK legal system and Alice's reply hasn't made me laugh so much in YEARS (Alice caps).

also she doesnt know what a apology is. It's not her decision if Ioan's accepts it. Especially since she a) doesnt mean it and b) her behavior has not even changed. Instead she wants to "sanction" him for it. How real is she? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
 
I read the whole thing, I mean I’m just HR that makes sure we all get our YoBucks wages on time, so I’m not down with the legal lingo here but that was a whole load of nothing?

She may as well have written that Ioan turns into a duck, tap dances and quacks Bianca’s name into the moon, it means duck all without actual evidence. Alice’s “nah trust me fam” holds 0 weight.

I pray that JJ just laughs at this, especially after comments publicly about how the judge is an idiot and siding with them etc.

Anyway, our Yobucks might be late this month, Ioan said something about buying us all Rolexes instead.

I didn't think she'd reply on time, I've only just started but! BIB yeah that's cos you worked yourself up to much.

So basically what happened is that Ioan decided after two years of paying everything (okay it was a joint account, but let's see the transactions of HER putting money in it) he put a stop to it, as was his right, and just started paying her what she was owed as per the PMA, and mAlice had a sissy fit as it meant she has to start working !
Remember when she and Tone were saying something about the internet! and he was STILL PAYING HER PHONE BILL two years after he left, wow!!! I'd have stopped paying it straight away, pay for it yourself love!

I'm still stewing over the fake heart attack/hypertension claim. At this point not even over the interruption but the bleeping disrespect to the legal system and the medical professions.

It was the god damn easiest part of Al's response. Provide ANY evidence of the event, hospital care, doctors' care, outpatient visit, or even copies of the prescriptions or their payment. Even the names of the drugs and the name of the doctor. Anything. ANYTHING. Because without it, it DIDN'T bleeping HAPPEN.

I think it's Alice but she doesn't name herself of course. It's just more proof of PA - he stepped away reluctantly as the PA was watertight at this point despite all the expensive therapists and Dupee's $35k pos report he paid for.

Just to add, how dumb is Jaianannanana, I don't think she has even read Ioan's reply, as she's asking for loads of bank info, who he paid 25k to etc, but he has already cover that in his reply 🤦🏼‍♀️
I don't get why they are questioning him on his spending, not when she's been overpaid By 400k!!!
