•We left the last thread with an emergency ruling from Judge Josh regarding Alice’s RFO to delay her deposition
•Judge Josh said no-no

•It outlines all the reasons why Alice shouldn’t have to provide basically anything that Ioan’s side is asking for because it is ‘harassment’ and it would cause Alice unnecessary embarrassment, annoyance and stress (lol). •We have another electric bill situation with the deposition: we know something was meant happen but we don’t know if it actually did happen. Yet.
•Speaking of the electric bill, it is still unpaid
•I’d say 90% upwards of us think she was a no-show for the deposition
•She’s put herself in a damned if she does and damned if she doesn’t situation with the deposition so whatever happened, we know she’s not happy. I bet collaborative divorce is sounding real good about now eh Alice?
•Alice has largely been quiet since the judge ruled against her. A few follows, likes and comments here and there but no bravado yet.
•Bianca posted a photo and a story, both sea/Malta related showing Bianca living a very lavish lifestyle on a yacht snorkelling
•Alice wrote in defence of take out being more affordable than cooking at home, which every person on earth knows is total bullshit, despite the rise in living costs.
•Can’t she save the delivery fee and beat the price rise (per menu item!) by ordering through the restaurant and going to collect it herself?
•Or maybe go to a normal grocery store and put a meal together herself? She is startlingly lazy and astonishingly stupid.
•The ‘catch up’ with Gloria is looking more and more nefarious since she’s been named as someone they are looking into with the financial side of things.
•We ALL want Bats*itbarbie’s bread recipe (so just post it please. Put it under a spoiler and say it’s advice for Alice, which is actually how it came up ☺
•Katie Price threads have got 5 thread titles so far from the infamous photo circulating however we put in a champions effort with our Rolex titles (3) and unpaid bill titles (4)
•Ioan has one full business week to file his response to Alice’s accusations of not paying child support and living a lavish lifestyle…..by working on location🙄
•We expect to find out if Alice showed up or provided the necessary documents with a filing of a motion to compel
•I got really high and malfunctioned a few times. Apols.
•In the next two years I hope to have my redneck paradise in the country and yes, y’all invited except Alice. Snacks, vapes and bar will all be well stocked ☺

I actually love Florida. We once rented a condo in Gasparilla (sp) island and you get around on golf carts and we weren’t very well liked by the end. Racing them after dark, I actually flew out the front of one at the restaurant we had reservations at when my buddy hit the brakes too hard. The big thing where I’m from now are side by sides

We see side by sides, golf cart, and my sons girlfriend even comes to the house on horseback. After people get dui for drunk driving, we see them using riding lawn mowers to get around. 🤣

Hahahaha or electric bikes. Definitely a DUI. In town it’s super normal for heavy equipment or 4 wheelers to use the roads like normal vehicles. And you only have to be 14 for a snowmobile licence so in winter so they have a snowmobile parking lot at the school.
 
It's a cold, wet Sunday morning here and after being up all night I'm going for hopefully a nice, long nap and snuggle with the fur baby. @Autisteuse Hopefully your feline fiend will realise it's Sunday and that it's very obnoxious to be boisterous on this day. Maybe you can train his energy and intelligence into fetching things for you while you're recovering. Or, in the mood I'm in after my narc parent hogged ALL of the cherry bakewell tarts, you can teach him to ninja attack your father. ❤ (joking Alice!)

Hopefully Alice will lie low for a while and when she's desperate and ready to make her grand re-entrance on SM will find SCE has cut off her electricity.
