Heartbroken for Ioan that he has tried with the police to reign her in and nothing has been done. Maybe this was the catalyst for the Bianca stories.

The stress of starting a new thread right before bedtime - and the excitement of the legal exchanges dropping last night - meant that it took me about an hour to get to sleep last night. My brain was mulling it all over and it occurred to me that although I wasn't stressed, it didn't feel healthy to have so much going on in my head when I was supposed to he sleeping. It doesn't worry me because it was a one-off, and otherwise I have a lovely life with a devoted husband, 3 beautiful and well-adjusted children, a good job etc. Like the vast majority of us here Alice is just a minor piece of entertainment/interest in my life. Some people crochet or watch TV- I enjoy an hour a day on a social commentary website 🤷‍♀️

Anyways, it occurred to me how bloody stressful has Alice made her life over the last few years?! It blows my mind how much unnecessary stress she has caused to herself and those around her. Can you imagine if she's channeled just a small part of that into something positive? Something to enrich her life. She has literally lost 3-4 years of her life to this bitterness, revenge and hate. Her mental and physical health must be completely shot from the cortisol 🤯

I hope to goodness that Ioan is able to compentmatalise all her tit from living his best life in the circumstances. She is toxic.

I might be the same age as AFE but my life isn't (quite) the dumpster fire hers is! I can pay my bills, I don't have two kids who are (probably) going to end up hating me in 10 years time and I celebrate 15 years with my partner on Sunday!

@Hiraeth Would JJ ever void the stipulation - are there any grounds on which to do so (not those suggested/asserted by the Malevolent Janina, though)? What, if any implications would that have for custody, sealed documents, financials &c? Thank you, as ever, for your eminently sensible, pithy and comprehensive analysis and explanation of legalese. I’m glad you offered corroboration re ‘seeked’ - how could they have let that one through?! (I don’t know if you have come across/read the site Roll on Friday, BTW, but it’s dedicated to mishaps in the world of law, and some of the most egregious grammatical errors in filings are immortalised there. ‘Dear Anus’ for ‘Dear Angus’, ‘leave a tit on my desk’ (shirt) and the time-honoured ‘Kind *******’ are but the tip of the iceberg.)

I love that literally almost all of these are distinct possibilities 😅

She won’t show, not a chance. She’s a bully and a coward. We’ve seen her time and again being all mouth and no trousers. She only showed up for all the fake RO stuff with Ella because it was in Ella’s name, not hers.

When it really comes down to it, she’s happy to bluster and bellow on social media about “her truth”, but actually having the courage to show up in person and own her situation? Nah! She’ll duck (s in a row) at the last minute with a lame excuse about how impossible it is to gather all those documents with so little notice.

(In fairness I agree with up-thread - sorry I can’t remember who said it - that list is an absolute duck tonne of stuff to collate with so little notice. But it’s all of her own doing, isn’t it? So I have zero sympathy.)

Possibly, if the correct filing was made. I think, reading between the lines of what Langlois filed, that Janina didn't include the actual request to stay the deposition in her August 8 filing and it wouldn't work. She could always file the correct thing tomorrow, though.

Hold your snacks, Janina will definitely file today. It’s disgusting how Alice is able to manipulate the system but she is just trying to hold back a tsunami - it will break through and wash her away and she will find herself washed to shore penniless & jobless and definitely in the future, estranged from her children.

She hardly leaves her home.

It is like her storage -- she has not touched these items for over a decade at least?

She just bleeds Ioan's money and is squandering it on nothing. Meanwhile not paying for essential things -- electricity, clothes for girls etc.

Aside from Ioan having a change of heart, all of these are not only possible but most are actually probable. It amazes me that Alice never gets tired of herself and all the tomfuckery she pulls.

I strongly agree. She has known for a very long time that she has to provide the financial documents.
As for the other stuff required, as her lawyer so honestly put it -- there is none.
So, she has no need to start to create the CVs, headshots, job applications, contracts etc on the 11th hour. Her lawyer saw to that.

If her lawyer files the protective order today (clearly abusing the system), can Langlois respond instantly and can JJ review it the same day in his chambers and make a decision or would it require a separate court date?

I would hope that by now both Langlois family and JJ are ready to act the moment there is something filed. They want the plane to land, even when it would require extra effort, I'd expect...
