Janina, has probably told her we have to wait for his reply, and he has X amount of weeks to reply, then the judge has to review it. I'm sure Janina has told her "he'll have to give you more money". Yet he doesn't, she's had about 10 years worth of spousal support already, considering how much he has overpaid her. That prenup won't be overturned either, even if she contested it at the time he left her (not the kids, HER), the judge will ask her why didn't you bring it up then, 5 laywers haven't contested it and she even confirmed she wasn't contesting it either.
She's also holding up the custody agreement too (i still think hes paying her, as we know they come down hard on you in CA, if you dont pay it), by not agreeing for most of it to be sealed. Any decent mother would say seal the whole thing, I dont want the kids or anyone else reading it.
If she really is skint, and it's dawned on her she won't be getting any money, bar CS, she is having a full on meltdown and arguing with/doxxing people is her outlet, as someone said, that's her happy place!
She can't ask her dad for help, because of how she treated him and his new wife, she doesn't have any friends to ask either, and even if she did, they'd have to be pretty liquid, considering she needs 18k a month!

Sorry to quote myself, but I forgot to add she's not skint, she's recently had a food delivery and can afford driverless Ubers!
I hope everyone that donated to her GFM sees those videos/photos and ask for their money back, due to fraud.
Also that put my theory straight out the window 🤣.
So she just cannot last more than a week of being "nice, I'm over it, everything is amazing, the cons pay so well", before reverting to her true self!

Her food stamps won't even cover the cost of her printer ink for all those mounds and mounds and mounds of screenshots - which are actually available in perpetuity on the Tattle Alice Evans threads and don't actually need to be printed off, so there is that..........

Alice is all mouth and no trousers though. She never goes to Police, they go to her LOL. She even threatened Ioan with Police because he sat on 'her bed'. The kids have picked up this idiotic habit too. This is one example from Iris' declaration but it's not the only one.

she did mention that the police already told her that this is perfectly legal (also "defamation" from people on a small forum, against a Celeb and from California, lmao).

She knows unlike Ioan she cant do anything over the law, hence why she needs to do something illegal (a form of vigilantism). Ioan must be deeply embarrassed to have ever been married to this.

Yes, gossip is legal, Al just thinks people are only allowed to say positive things about her. Something about how she's an amazing mama 🤮 and she farts roses out of a unicorn's arse.

Oh yes, it's all performative. She's just desperate to keep her remaining followers. She has nothing else to say, no content, nothing.

I wonder if one day, in the far distant future, she did move on and restart her life, her followers would stay. I don't think they would.
