It's a bit complex. But you are not really entitled to anything until a court orders something: a lot of woman are very manipulative when it comes to this, if you want temporary support you either negotiate it (or like in Alice's case be very lucky that your ex is very generous and does it voluntary, and even overpays) or you file a RFO (like Alice has done now), you dont get to complain about not getting support if you didnt even ask for it and even rejected a settlement. So yeah, that part was BS. Although from my understanding she only asked for support because due to her illness she no longer had income, which I think on the other hand is respectable. The only bit about the ex that is dodgy is that she claims that he isnt providing financial documents. That obviously isnt good either if true, but it doesnt change my point: If you dont have much time left it seems pretty stupid to waste this much money. It's more understandable if you are healthy because it may pay off long term. But I get it: I cannot imagine being rational when facing death either.

As for Trump: it's a difficult one for her, because both her fanbase is nowadays filled with Trump supporters and she herself is supporting gun safety. It's also a can of worms to speak negatively of someone that was just shot. So if she is smart she stays away from that one. But Shannen will be easy, her minions will make the connection to Alice's divorce all on their own and give her the assists she needs.

"Entitled" was perhaps a poor word choice on my behalf as the little I was aware of the financial struggle she was having with him was that she needed the money for her medical bills and her stating that he was purposely holding things up in the hopes that she dies before he has to pay anything. So yeah entitled was probably the wrong word there.
Alice can twist anything to suit her narrative is what I'll say, even Trump getting shot. She's done well to stay away from any of it so far but we all know she loves a histrionic post.

which is funny because she complains about her minions that made threats of physical violence getting police send (apparently) or that some people mentioned her record of DV under convention posts that would threaten her employability. I get its difficult as an abuser, but is it really this hard to get the difference between a crime and a opinion? I think one of her simpleton fans that was not particularly toxic (but well, just a bit stupid) had their job be called, I disagree with something like this, because then it becomes really problematic in terms of freedom of speech (you shouldnt be scared to voice your opinion if it has these consequences), but this is what our "China Communist" Alice wants for any opinion that isnt in her favour.

I get your point. But I can't really blame her for that. I mean everyone cares for what their ex is up to until they have moved on (she hasnt, her filing filled with irrelevant jealous BS proved this for the very stupid among us for good). Especially if you are very jealous of the new partner (which she clearly is). She is certainly also scared that they may lift the lid one day on what more she has done the past years (sorta similarish to how Ioan has to keep track of her, but in his case it's the fear that Alice spreads new lies) and wants to stay updated on that. I mean it's all pretty natural in the end. It's just the hypocrisy of her pretending that she isnt doing this and calling everyone that looks on her IG (except of her psycho fans) "stalker" that makes her look pretty bad. But Alice has a very poor understanding of what makes her look bad (ironically something she accuses us of LOL), that's why her court filings always backfire so severely (edit: or her posts in general, I remember the moment where I became certain that her narrative is false was when she posted a OFW message from Ioan that was extremely polite and reasonable, while she acted like he was abusive to her, this carried on later with any message she reposted and any secret video Ella tried to record of him, these are good indicators when Alice says that he did something bad you have to assume that he clearly didnt if these are her standards - its really funny that her psycho fans think Ioan makes her look crazy, nope, most of the things that made Alice look crazy are things she willingly shared)

Her agents Instagram creeps me out a bit tbh. He appears to not understand personal space and I will be waiting for him to put up a pic of him bear hugging Alice next.

Alice's lies about Tattle
  1. Alice claims Tattle is linked to Bianca and her friend Tamika (and her Twitter socks like to post this screenshot as evidence). This is a lie. Tamika did join for a few weeks in October/November 2021 in order to defend Bianca from Alice's abuse and falsehoods about her and her relationship with Ioan, but the moderators asked her to leave as she couldn't provide evidence that she knew Bianca. Some other Tattlers were uncomfortable with having someone so close to the events being in the thread.

  2. "Tattlers" are not one big homogenous group. The site has threads dedicated to various people and topics. Alice has issues with the Tattlers on the "Ioan Gruffudd and Alice Evans" thread. There is nothing to stop Alice fans from starting a rave thread for Alice on Tattle - even Meghan Markle has one.
    And the Tattlers on the "Ioan Gruffudd and Alice Evans" thread have differing views about how Ioan has handled his split, divorce and new relationship. One thing the vast majority of people on this thread agree with, however, is that Alice is abusive, her behaviour is unreasonable, and her actions are deeply damaging her daughters.
  3. Alice tried to doxx four Tattle members in September 2021, offering people $500 in exchange for their real identities. To try and get people on her side, she claimed the four Tattlers were "Trump supporters".
  4. Alice claimed that Tattlers had “accusations of pedophilia and bestiality against them” but that they couldn’t be “proved”. Alice seems to have an unhealthy habit of accusing people she disagrees with of being pedophiles or sexual deviants, or getting off to thoughts about her (here and here).
  5. Alice accused Tattlers of posting pornographic pictures next to photos of her daughter (more accusations here). However, we were showing that Alice is a poor excuse for a mother who let a pornographic account with an erect penis follow her daughter's Twitter account – an account which she created for her when she was 7/8 years old, in violation of Twitter's terms of service. No photos of her daughter were posted, and the erect penises were obscured. (NEW)
  6. Alice accused Tattlers of being paedophiles. There is no evidence that this is true. Alice really does seem to have an unhealthy preoccupation with accusing people of being paedophiles, however. (NEW)
Alice's lies about herself
  1. Alice says she never lies.
  2. Alice claims she has never had a social media sock account in her life.
  3. Alice claimed she doesn't use anonymous accounts, which contradicts a claim she made herself where she said she did have an anonymous account.
  4. Alice claimed her "sister" committed suicide, and has recounted on social media several times, in explicit detail, how she killed herself. However, it was her stepsister, not her sister, and it is doubtful whether Alice ever even met her, as her father got married to Alice's stepmother when Alice was in her 30s, and her father became estranged from Alice soon after marrying Alice's stepmother.
  5. Alice claimed, in a Reddit post under an anonymous name, that she flew over from the US to the UK to attend her stepsister's funeral when she was seven months pregnant with Little E. However, the funeral was in March 2013, which means she was three months pregnant, as Little E was born in September 2013. Furthermore, she was not invited to the funeral, but she went nevertheless.
  6. Alice lied about her age for years, shaving 3 years off the real figure, but her Wikipedia now reflects her true age.
  7. Alice says never cheated. However, she cheated on Olivier Picasso with Ioan (click here to see a photo of her kissing Ioan while Olivier is in the background), and on Ioan with with Caspar Zafer.
  8. Alice claimed she had never been away from her children for more than two days. However, she and Ioan went on holiday to Russia in 2017, a fact which she recognises here.
  9. Alice claims she doesn't have parents. Her mother died in 1999 but her estranged father is still alive.
  10. Alice claimed the girls don't have grandparents. This is untrue, as their maternal grandfather is alive but estranged from Alice. Their paternal grandparents are alive - Alice is just trying to diminish that relationship.
  11. Alice claimed that after she had an altercation in a carpark with a Youtuber, that the Youtuber reached out and apologised. This was denied by the Youtuber. Big E also ostensibly wrote a comment on the Youtuber's video, asking the Youtuber to apologise, and criticising her for selling the video of the altercation to TMZ, but the wording sounds very much like it was written by Alice.
  12. Alice claims to have various illnesses including fibromyalgia, but has never been diagnosed by a doctor. She has tweeted contradictory information, several times saying all her lab results are normal, other times that they are always abnormal, like her white blood cell count.
  13. Alice claimed she doesn't take opioids, and only ever took them once, but then shortly after contradicted herself and said she takes Tramadol at night, and has been taking it for years.
  14. Alice claimed in a Telegraph article that Harvey Weinstein tried to proposition her, wanting to fondle her, but on Twitter a few years later she claimed he tried to rape her.
  15. Alice claimed (in a text message to Ioan which he submitted as part of his DVRO request) that she would "do whatever it takes" to have the girls schooled at an expensive private school, where fees are $50k each a year, including "literally washing toilets". As of January 2024, Alice is still unemployed.
  16. Alice claimed, in a text message to Ioan and on Twitter, that she had "childhood savings" which she would be using to pay for Gloria, and the fees at the private school she wanted Big E to stay at. Alice gave a figure of £100k for these "savings". However, the prenup shows Alice having no funds of that amount. Alice also contradicted herself by saying she didn't have a secret stash of money.
  17. Alice claimed that she couldn't drop the "Gruff" from her Instagram handle after her divorce, as she is a verified account and would have to start a new account. However, this is a lie, as Welp explains.
  18. Alice claims she brought the girls up alone, as Ioan was frequently away working. However, this is a lie, as Ioan paid for a housekeeper/nanny to look after the girls. There have been two housekeeper/nannies, the second of which, Gloria, is still employed to look after the girls/Alice. Alice also documented Ioan spending time with the girls on her Instagram over the years.
  19. Alice claimed she wasn’t trying to sabotage Ioan’s career after he left her; however, all of her actions since he said he was leaving her indicate that this is a lie.
  20. Alice claimed, in a text message to Ioan, that she was about to give a kidney to her brother. As of January 2024, she has not donated her kidney.
  21. Alice claimed on Twitter that "since 2006" she had been "bullied and trashed" by women who are now criticising her on Tattle and Twitter; however, in another Tweet she also claimed the bullying had been going on since her mother died. Her mother died in 1999, before the general public knew who she really was, and before she had a relationship with Ioan.
Alice's lies about Ioan
  1. Alice said Ioan was an undiagnosed narcissist, then a few days later said he was a diagnosed narcissist.
  2. Alice called Ioan a "pathological liar" who "lies to everybody".
  3. Alice claimed Ioan used a Twitter sock account to spy on her.
  4. Alice claimed she found out about Ioan's relationship with Bianca due to his posting a photo of the two of them with the caption "Thank you for making me smile" to his Instagram. She also implied Ioan wanted to deliberately hurt her by making her find out this way, and that he added her on back on Instagram just before he posted the photo,
    However, Alice actually found out about Bianca by reading Tattle, and then phoned Ioan from his daughter's phone and said "Bianca Wallace" to him. Ioan and Bianca were then forced to reveal their relationship on Instagram before Alice did.
    Ioan didn't add Alice back on Instagram so that she would find out this way. He had removed Alice from his Instagram account, but Alice later added Ioan on Instagram when his profile was set to private. When he made his profile public again for the post with Bianca, it automatically accepted Alice's follow request - which is why she got the notification about the post.
    Here is a screenshot from Ioan's restraining order application, which shows that Alice found out about Bianca before Ioan posted the photo of him and Bianca to his Instagram profile.
    Here is Alice's statement to the court where she admits she called Ioan and said Bianca's name, which occurred before Ioan posted his photo to Instagram.

  5. Alice now claims that Ioan was abusive to her, but previously she said (including in a court document) they had the perfect marriage and he made her very happy.
  6. Alice claimed that Ioan has never spent more than two consecutive nights with both girls, despite her filming TVD and The Originals in Atlanta, and despite Ioan not working for long periods of time.
  7. Alice claimed, in a text message to Ioan, that he pretended to like animals when in fact he didn't, and that Gloria would "testify" about this. Alice also wrote on Twitter that Ioan hated dogs. This is contradicted by an Instagram post Alice made, a tweet where she called their pet dog Ioan's "beloved little dog", and by the fact that Ioan gets on so well with Bianca's dog that he now co-owns him.
  8. Alice claimed that at Elsie's birth, Ioan stopped her from pushing Elsie out for 4-5 minutes until he had finished brushing his teeth, and that she also "started dying" yet Ioan "didn't so much as look over".
  9. Alice claimed that at an unnamed daughter's birth, Ioan insisting on finishing his sandwich before she pushed.
  10. Alice said, in a text message to Ioan, she has been paid upfront for a book about Matthew Rhys' family feud against Ioan Gruffudd's family.
  11. Alice claimed on Twitter she was asked to write a screenplay about her split/Ioan's "affair" with Bianca for a friend who is a producer.
  12. Alice claimed on Instagram in January 2022 that she had written half a book about her split and the "lies" which Ioan had said about her.
  13. Alice claimed she had been 'ghosted' by Ioan and that she isn't allowed to talk to him, but this is a lie, as they can communicate via the Our Family Wizard app. Alice just doesn't like to use this app, because it is monitored and non-deletable. They also have lawyers and a mediator they can communicate through.
  14. Alice claimed, in an email to Ioan’s mum which was full of typos, that she had been speaking to Ioan’s ex-agents, and that they all “hate him”. This is very likely a lie, because it is unclear why Ioan’s ex-agents would take the time to speak to the unhinged estranged wife of their ex-client, who additionally had not been an actress for several years.
Alice's lies about the divorce
  1. Alice claimed she was blindsided in January 2021 at Ioan leaving her, when he had been discussing separation after he returned from Australia in August 2020 (see court documents, and the description she wrote for her Gofundme where she wrote "in August 2020, just as the pandemic was really kicking in, my entire world fell apart").
  2. Alice claimed, in March 2021, that she found out that Ioan was starting divorce proceedings by reading about it on a gossip website, and she claimed she showed her younger daughter a Daily Mail article about the divorce, thereby upsetting her. This is despite the fact that Ioan had already started collaborative divorce proceedings. Alice then backtracked on her claim that she had shown her daughter the DM article, and one of her FMs also said it didn't happen and called her a "woman of integrity".
  3. Alice claims that Ioan hasn't paid a single penny of child support or spousal support. This is a lie, for several reasons.
    1. Ioan submitted his financial filings to the court, which amongst other things shows he was paying for Alice's lawyers, as well as for the mortgage and utilities for the familial home, and health insurance for Alice and the girls.
    2. If Ioan hadn't been paying child and spousal support or equivalent, the judge would not have granted the divorce bifurcation in July 2023.
    3. Alice has had five divorce lawyers so far; if none of them had been able to get her any child or spousal support (or equivalent), then none of them were doing their job.
    4. If Ioan has not been providing financial support, what exactly has Alice been living off since January 2021, when he moved out?
    5. Alice has slipped up several times and admitted Ioan is paying for some things.
      In January 2024, after both parties released their financials again, it was shown that during 2021, 2022 and 2023, Ioan overpaid Alice in spousal support, by a total figure of c.$350,000.
  4. Alice claimed, in a text message to Ioan, that “the fans” were going to start a Gofundme for Alice. In the end, Alice started a fraudulent one for herself.
  5. Alice set up a Gofundme in June 2022, claiming she had run out of money (although she continued to buy makeup and clothes from eBay). In 2023 when Ioan submitted his financials, it emerged that Alice had a bank account with c. £30k in it, as well as the fact that Ioan had been paying for many things, including for Alice's lawyers. Tattlers strongly suspect the real reason behind the Gofundme was to humiliate Ioan ahead of his appearance at the Monte Carlo TV Festival.
  6. In Alice's Gofundme, she said "I have been not only struggling as a single mother to my babies, but also trying to cover bills and food and legal fees (ha! don't even talk to me about legal fees) which dwarf any other expense in my life and have finally drained everything - savings, acccounts, pension, the lot" and "I currently have no lawyer and no funds to pay one". However, as revealed when Ioan submitted his financial documents, Ioan paid for all of Alice's lawyers.
  7. Alice claimed she and Ioan agreed she should give up work and be a full-time mother/homemaker, which is contradicted by Ioan's court documents, a tweet Alice herself made (here and here), and the fact that she continued to attend auditions and get acting jobs after the birth of their children.
  8. Alice claimed that Ioan didn't actually want a divorce, and was just doing it to "destroy her happiness and shut out her light".
  9. Alice claimed in spring 2022 that she and the girls found out they were going to be "homeless", and then in another later post she contradicted herself and said she still didn't know when she was going to tell the girls they would have to move.
  10. Alice claimed several times on social media that the house was "their" house; however, Ioan had bought the house solely with his money.
  11. Alice claimed (more than once) that the mortgage had almost been paid off on the familial home, which is untrue, as Ioan's financial filings showed.
  12. Alice claimed the prenup she signed wasn't the same one brought out during the divorce. This is a lie, as she signed every page of it, and had her own independent legal counsel advise her on it (the prenup can be found in the legal documents section of this wiki).
  13. Alice claimed her lawyers charged her $500 every time they sent or forwarded one email. Tattle resident lawyer Hiraeth explains why this isn't true.
  14. Alice tried to threaten Ioan with losing the doubled capital gains tax exemption for a married couple upon sale of the home. However, the home was held in an irrevocable trust, which is not considered a "person" under the law, so it was never eligible for the capital gains exemption to begin with.
  15. Alice claimed, in a text message to Ioan, that she and the girls would return to England to "start again" if he sold the house.
  16. Alice claimed, in a text message to Ioan on 23 May 2022, that three of their rich friends had “backed her for a loan” if she “needed to fight back”. However, on 8 July 2022, she sent him a message stating she was going to reach out to their rich friends to see if she could get a loan.
  17. Alice claimed, in a text message to Ioan on 8 July 2022, that there was a “bidding war” from newspapers for her to tell her story. As of January 2024, Alice’s story has not appeared in any newspaper (apart from her interview with the Daily Mail in October 2021).
  18. Alice claimed, in emails to Ioan’s mum in September 2021 and October 2021, that she was going to be doing interviews with the local Welsh press about her split from Ioan. As of January 2024, no interviews have transpired.
Alice's lies regarding the DVRO
  1. Alice said in a sworn statement to the court that she had never abused or harassed Ioan. The court documents submitted by Ioan, containing abusive text messages, emails and transcripts of voice messages prove otherwise.
  2. Alice claims she doesn't use sock accounts to commit abuse by proxy, however she has been using her brother's Twitter account since November 2021, and since May 2023 she has used multiple sock accounts to abuse Ioan and Bianca.
  3. Alice said in January 2022 that she knew where Ioan and Bianca lived, but then in her court submission in February 2022 (under pain of perjury), she claimed she didn't know where they lived.
  4. Alice claims the DVRO was granted against her because of mere "texts of despair", or because she "spoke back" to Ioan, however the evidence Ioan submitted to the court shows it was due to a campaign of harassment made by Alice including text messages, emails and voicemails to Ioan and his mother, as well as defamatory statements made in media interviews about Ioan and Bianca.
  5. Alice claimed she had no money to pay her auto insurance bill, and violated the DVRO in December 2022 by copying Ioan and Bianca into an email to the insurer. This is despite her having access to a bank account with £30k in it at the time. The email was then leaked by an Alice Twitter sock in May 2023.
Alice's lies about Ella's restraining order applications
  1. Alice (via a sock), claims that Tattle is lying about the judge saying Ella wasn't being truthful about the incident at the apartment. The transcript from the hearing, which Tattle member Hiraeth purchased, shows that Alice is lying, and the judge was patient with Ella.
Alice's lies about Bianca
  1. Alice claims Bianca was already living in LA by the time Ioan left Alice in January 2021. However, this is a lie as Bianca would have had to stay in Australia due to covid rules.
  2. Alice accused Bianca, both publicly and in an email to Ioan, of breaking up four marriages.
  3. Alice has called Bianca a “meth head”. Tattlers are pretty sure Bianca does not do meth.
  4. Alice has accused Bianca of faking or exaggerating her MS.
  5. Alice has repeatedly accused Bianca of making sock accounts on Twitter to attack her (often from behind a sock of her own).
  6. Alice claimed she reached out to Bianca in solidarity over Bianca's health "many times". Tattlers are sure this is a lie due to the fact that Alice insulted Bianca non-stop on her social media, and implied that she was a danger to Alice's kids, leading to Bianca being a protected person in the restraining order against Alice - which was in place by the time Alice made this claim.
Alice's lies about Ioan's family
  1. Alice claimed she was verbally and physically attacked by Ioan's mum, and that she has 20 people from her wedding who have signed forms attesting to this.
  2. Alice claimed, in a text message to Ioan, that his parents were "upset" that Ioan was spending money on his divorce and that Alice and Ioan weren't "sorting it out" between themselves.

2) Alice claims everybody was crying

Many Tattlers believe Alice to have Histrionic Personality Disorder as well as being a narcissist. One thing she likes to do is claim everybody around her was crying, usually at Alice's plight.

There is no doubt that the children would have cried at certain events. However, Alice would not have shielded them or allayed their fears, and instead would have made things worse by exaggerating things, and telling him how bad their father is. She then likes to use the fact that they cried to score points.

1. Alice claimed Gloria was crying when she read Alice's interview with the Daily Mail in November 2021.
2. Alice claimed Wayne (trustee of the marital home that Ioan bought with his money) was crying because Ioan had to sell the house.
3. Alice claimed the younger daughter was crying after Ioan posted the photo announcing his relationship with Bianca.
4. Alice claimed both children were crying due to Bianca.
5. Alice claimed the elder daughter was crying, and "emotionally cried out that she never wanted to see Ioan again" due to Bianca making Instragram posts about the abuse she had faced from Alice.
6. Alice claimed Ioan was crying at Alice tweeting, which she then mocks.
7. Alice claimed Alice was crying, "for our kids".
8. Alice claimed her grandad almost cried when as a child, she informed him she was giving up meat.
9. Alice claimed both kids were "bawling their eyes out at losing their home".
10. Alice claimed that Gloria and the kids were "bawling their eyes out" because Ioan had allegedly fired her (this occurred in early 2022).

That was epic. Thanks for all the work that has gone into it, and it illustrates he lies and nasty behaviour so well. The Abuser has always been like this, and at no time, in her absolutely rotten life has she been been a good and pleasant member of the human race. I think the reason the promo post is a bit wonky grammatically is that there’s a smidgeon of Dutch thrown in - and right enough, the domain was registered in the Netherlands on 15th June. Any ✈️🐒 is NL?

random thing I noticed because SMG's page showed up in my recommendations (probably due to todays news) but I notice now that Alice unfollowed both her (who is also a friend of Ioan) and Selma Blair. She was until recently still commenting on their pages as if they are her friends, see below (legit was the only well-known person that got ghosted there). At least she finally read the room I guess 💀

Lmao I actually thought this was her most interesting post…..to see the driverless uber in action but true, all it does is highlight her refusal to drive, to leave the house and it’s not even her experience. I’ll still take it over a selfie haha
