Alice has felt invincible since the charges were dropped and the custody battle continues to be delayed. I can imagine this leads her to continue directly contacting Ioan and Bianca behind the scenes, thinking they won’t press charges. But maybe Ioan and Bianca are employing a new strategy. If relationships with the children are currently impossible, maybe they are pursuing criminal charges despite the outstanding custody case. Maybe charging her for every infraction will lead to jail as lots of people who violate DVRO’s prove their impulse control is little to none and often leads to violence. The kids go into state custody until they can be deprogrammed and then placed with I and B when no longer deemed a risk. Not ideal but saving the kids from Alice is most important, even if it does mean state custody for a while.

As for the poll, I voted yes but only because she will stay until the landlord manages to evict her. I think Ioan is done with the gravy train. She has nothing more to leverage since the last deal was to unlock the funds for Ioan. He has hired a forensic accountant and lawyer. If Ella or sadly even Elsie are abusing Ioan through their phones, even with therapy and the failed RO, the judge might not force him to pay for children he doesn’t see and worse, continue to mistreat him.

Also, if she fails to submit accurate and true financials, doesn’t Ioan win by default?

I think this is what's happening. I don't think the kids would go into state custody but Celia Walden or someone connected to the kids would be temporary caregivers.

I am not the betting type but I think Alice will be arrested before June's court date. I imagine she's escalated now it's the end.

I don’t think that would happen with a father actively fighting for them. The judge might make life for the girls very uncomfortable going forward….until they come to their senses with therapy and little to no contact with Alice.
 
I hope the socks and email accounts are connected to Alice for the court custody case. Allowing the kids to live with a mother who sends messages telling someone to kill themselves for any reason is unbelievable. The girls would be better off in foster care, since Alice created a situation where they can't live with their father.
 
It’s been a full week since Catherine revealed her cancer diagnosis and that post from Bianca was rather emotionally written, in all fairness to her. She tied the MS awareness to the most recent contact regarding her MS but I have a feeling that Alice did something and they had to give another statement to the cops this week. Bianca knows the status of everything behind the scenes and for some reason known to her, is feeling empowered. I wonder what that reason is?
 
By all accounts, Elsie appears to be a very sweet girl if you put aside the disastrous sleepover. It wouldn’t surprise me if she made fast friends with new kids at school and adoptive family 2:0, being fully aware of batshit Alice, are trying to help by removing Elsie from the situation at weekends. I’d play fake nice with Alice to keep her on side if it meant I could extract an abused child from the situation as much as the parent allowed me.
 
IMO, it looks like her DM pal got someone else to write something more in her favor for that Mail piece. It's very slanted.

Funny how that writer specifically left off the part of BW's post where she stated that detectives emailed her in recent months that AE (not named) was tied to the sock(s).

Yup, definitely a 'hit piece' for Alice's benefit, only anti Bianca comments are allowed. I would not be surprised if her pal Allison gave big Al a discounted price for a number of positive PR 'stories' - Alice will be pulling in ALL her contacts to try to contain this and ensure an effective DARVO.

Exactly. Noticed right away that in all of the whole article, including the timeline, that they didn't mention the fact Ioan has overpaid her. They gave a rehash of Alice's money woes, her threatening to become a barista, etc. A very slanted piece.
