I need to stop even looking at her posts 😂 she’s a bleeping prick. Only thing I am pleased about is the comments on the latest post are real. Bet she’s sat with a list of words she’s blocking before the next post the silly little scrounge
---
PS when I say scrounge I mean her taking the absolute PISS out of the system not the fact she has a council house ❤️

There’s a lot of so called influencers that really annoy me, but none as much as this little madam. People liked her initially as she was a grafter and making the best of her council home. Then she became insufferable. She will lose most of her followers if she doesn’t change her attitude. She’s taking the p out of the system. Surely you should only have a right to buy after a set period of say 10yrs. She is going to buy this as a stepping stone, she is not in need of council housing. I hope (and expect) it will all come crashing down as she annoys her followers with all these renovations and wasted money. Alex, change your attitude to your followers who pay your bills, as you are so rude. You need some training on how to engage with people.

So how does she plan on buying it then? This girl makes no sense. Seems like her latest reel has a lot of negative about her spending, fraud and taking houses from vulnerable people. It’s not gone down well!

just_beckii posted last night that she’s in hot water with her council. Apparently her housing officer is claiming that making money from social media content about decorating her council home is in breach of her tenancy agreement or something. Interesting.

I think Beckii (unlike Alex) is genuinely likeable, she also (unlike Alex) is properly grateful for her council home and (unlike Alex) deserved/needed it.

It would be a shame if people like Beckii and Sharon who make content about their council homes were made to stop, because I feel like they really do do the lord’s work in breaking down the stigma about social housing and those who live in it. It’s also no bad thing to advocate for actually respecting a property rented from the council and spending time and money on keeping it nice, or making it nice, for yourselves and future tenants.

However, I do think there needs to be some regulations when you’re ‘influencing’ in a social housing, because Alex is a prime example of how quickly people take can take the absolute piss and make a mockery of the entire system.

Oh no, beckii is supporting her family AND ill husband 😔 she’s trying to pay her bills, then you’ve this little rot bag just scamming for free tit, dumping new cookers and fridges. I hope Alex is fucked out tbh and into a little 1 bed apartment to teach her greedy self a lesson.

I even commented on her post this time around.

My tenancy agreement says I can't run a business from home without permission, it's fairly standard. I see lots of tenancy agreements in my job and it's there on most of them. However, permission to run a business from home isn't usually refused because the government are always trying to get people on benefits into work and often run schemes to support people into self-employment. I'd imagine Alex's landlord already knows she's self-employed because she was running her embroidery business before she moved in

You’ve got to think that the council will likely be being contacted by people royally pissed off that they’ve been asking for damp proofing, or a new boiler, or kitchen, where she is showing the council jumping through hoops to give her what she wants (likely because she is majorly over exaggerating symptoms and health and safety etc) their housing officers are very likely overrun with complaints so may want to shut the little madam down for not asking permission! I hope they do tell her she can’t ’run her business’ from their property, it’d serve her right. She’d have to be a full time dosser or get a proper job and contribute to society!

That clause in a tenancy agreement is for business’ that have ppl coming to the door like hairdressers etc. some private houses have covenants on that say the same so depending on the nature of it they can’t stop you running your business from home if that’s your job.
I know Donny like the back of my hand can anyone hint what area as I don’t recognise it and I missed her reel where the stupid in put her address lol. I know someone who works in the homeless team I’m going to ask him what circumstances does someone get pushed to the front of the queue to get given a house. She’s deffo lied and now taking the piss with her spending. Let’s hope the uk ban tick tock like the USA is doing in Jan and I bloody hope all social media platforms get shut down as it’s the ruin of humanity
I'm talking social landlords here, not private. They aren't likely to refuse permission, especially if the jobcentre have encouraged the tenant to go self-employed. The RSLs want the rent paid

She’s paying herself minimal from her registered company so she can still claim benefits though, so it’s not as if she’s now set herself up for life with a regular steady income that allows her to be independent. She’s playing the system because she’s a greedy little witch

You're right, she is a greedy, selfish, entitled little so and so.

Most people who go self-employed aren't able to support themselves, it's just how the DWP got people off the dole to cook the books. It was never about people improving their circumstances and always about unemployment figures looking better

I didn’t know that so thanks for sharing. I doubt the council would be bothered about DWP figures though, only about rent getting paid. I’ve worked for a housing association before as a rent officer (not council, but not private) and the tenancy agreements would be similar in that there is a clause that states you are not allowed to use the premises to run a business. If we had been alerted to someone who was, we’d have advised them they must cease to run the business from the address, if they had continued we would have served notice and gone to court for possession due to a breach of the tenancy clause.

Really! I work in benefits, I've assessed hundreds of self employed claims over the last 14 years and never heard of an RSL refusing permission. Maybe it's different LAs but in our RSL liaison meetings we make sure our social landlords are aware of why their tenants may go self-employed
She hasn’t asked for permission though, she’s doing it regardless, and that will likely be her downfall. This other influencer I mean, obv we don’t know about Alex

I'm pretty sure it's in Cantley.

From what I gather, she actually has been given permission to run a business from home. I think the council ought to reconsider the permission given the nature of the “business” though. How is it fair that you can earn uncapped income as an influencer whilst living in housing intended for people who are poor? Getting gifted the odd pot of paint for budget makeovers is one thing, but to gloat about thousands of pounds of work and gifts? Not on.

You’ve got politicians who have to declare to regulatory bodies if their mate buys them a pair of glasses, public servants who aren’t allowed to accept gifts over the value of £50, people who work for charities having to declare if designers have donated them a nice dress for a fundraising event so that it can be suitably taxed etc etc etc. If you are benefitting from a public expense then gifts absolutely should be up for scrutiny and taxation, and so should how Alex capitalises from council house content. She’s literally using a public expense as her USP.

She’s very clearly committed housing fraud by exaggerating her circumstances too. She just wanted a council house for niche content to further her influencer career, she never needed it; she wanted it. She needs evicting back to her dad’s.

I couldn’t get over her rant on the right to buy as I was too distracted by how uneven her boobs are. I mean one is on her waist, and one is on her chest… I’ve never known anyone so lopsided. I know girls have one bigger than the other but this one seems like it’s trying to duck off and leave the other behind!

Came to see if anyone else had noticed! 🙈
