I really feel for Lucas. My boy is the same age and whilst I understand every kid has different interests, Lucas’ presents just seem rather babyish and crap. I mean his first nerf gun at 7?! Boys at 7 have Nintendo switches etc, they don’t want to be colouring in dinosaur T-shirts!! As for those farm animals wtf??? My son had those as a present when he was a toddler and they were well used but he doesn’t care for them or dinosaurs now

Farm animals?? I didn't watch it as I can no longer stand her annoying voice and smug face! First nerf gun? Bloody hell. She will do more damage holding them back trying to baby them 😣
Wish I had found her thread a while ago, the Halloween trick or treating really annoyed me! She thought they were too young?!
 
The farm animals are so bizarre, not even like he's asked for them (as sometimes kids request random stuff). They're for toddlers! Some nice Lego sets there, but also an advent calendar 🤔 wtf.
At 7 my boy was wanting football strips and a playstation games. My other boy at that age is not sporty like his brother, it was Pokémon stuff and science sets. It does feel very babyish. Poor lad.

Also why did she buy Hermione's wand when he specifically wanted Harry 🤨 if I made that mistake I'd return it and get the right one.

Lucas pile is a bunch of crafty rubbish from the works 😭 again vanessas seems more planned out. He should be getting a ps5 or a nintendo switch to play fortnite with his pals but then hes just now allowed a nerf gun so what chance has he got. Poor wee mite is going to feel so odd and out of place with all his friends over the next year or 2. Ailsa if your reading here please do better for that little boy and dont make him a target

Watching her haul made me realise just how grown up my wee one is now. I think it’s awful that kids are so into technology these days but they are and so kids want to keep up with the times. My wee one asked for a PS5 and at first I was like excuse you?! But that’s just the way it is nowadays. Lucas will really struggle next year I think because he’ll be so behind his peers.

Luckily he also eats sleeps and breathes football so is very active its all about balance
