His solo Disney Fantasy cruise vlog was boring as well. He didn't enjoy being solo and didn't even mention Star Wars Day at Sea or showcase any of it (which is a big draw for that cruise), but when Galaxy's Edge opened, suddenly Star Wars was AMAZING!

I can't imagine him being alone for long on this trip and that he is planning to meet up with people. He even calls it a mini-vlog series so won't be filming too much and it will all be the same old boring stuff except for him fawning over The Riviera which has been done to death by other vloggers.

I'm not sure Virgin will appreciate him highlighting the fact that passengers were falling ill on the flight when people are already nervous about flying, I myself am not bothered but if someone out there is nervous because of Covid they might see this and think hell no! As someone who is planning a solo trip I'm looking forward to this one and as he's only just come back he should have an idea of how it's all working over there so should be better 🤞🏼

I wonder if he will meet up with Victoria from Disney in Detail, have they met before? I can't see them clicking

I’ve never seen the two of them together on anything; the only thing I remember is when he was sending his merch to Disney vloggers and she got one… gotta say these vlogs have been disappointing a bit boring to be honest… Adam and Gary seemed shocked when they found out when they were there that Housekeeping only go in every couple of days to remove rubbish, etc yet I knew before I went before them as I read up on stuff… 🤔 His solo vlogs haven’t been great in the past…

Am I the only one that is also seeing heavily discounted flights to Hawaii at the moment! He could have done a trip there (less time) but at least new content!!
He just didn't sell that he still loved Disney the last trip (that is currently still being shown) to have rushed back again unless it is a business move and he plans to tour round DVC properties

Yeah I think you're right, a few of these Disney vloggers are going to go through that within the next couple of years 😔

Yep some really cheap flights to Hawaii right now. I agree! He would have been able to find DVC availability at Aulani for this month and into February.

Aulani would have been fitting for some new content, but instead we have this snoozefest vlog series that will run into what late February? Then his solo vlog series which will run into April? :rolleyes:

Which will also be outdated as soon as Cosmic Rewind opens and they shift the paid LL for Epcot. Plus whatever other G+ changes they make, as some have happened since the launch of the thing.

Appearances aside, this seems like it's a rough time for Disney Parks and Resorts. I think the situation is a lot more fluid than he realizes. If he really wants to make "Disney Advisor" one of his careers, he'd do better doing it with something like a Substack, that he can update regularly.

Any casual fan can see things are changing all the time, hell anyone with common sense can. This book is just a cash grab and will be out of date almost straight away, or will be so vague and general its not that much use.
 
Are these bargain Hawaii flights ex UK or from the USA. I loved Hawaii, was in Maui though. Haven't seen any Disney vlogger do it justice, it's a loooong way to go just to stay in Aulani but yes it sure would be a change from seeing these folks traipsing around World Showcase for the 150th time. They must be meeting themselves at the gates they're back so often.
 
What would he do in Hawaii? This is the same guy who went to Castaway Cay (the safest, most self-contained environment he could be in aside from the actual ship) for about an hour before going back to his cabin to watch Mary Poppins. He's not going to go exploring Oahu.
 
Even if Adam went to hawaii he would taxi to aulani and not leave. He isn't confident enough to explore outside. Disney is a safety bubble for him and so many others. His limit is user to universal and the bud to and from airport.

L&R, for all their sameness, aren't actually afraid of hiring a car and going exploring. In some ways they're quite confident travellers.

Exactly. He and disney in (no) detail are the same. They really are not confident travellers, and it really shows on solo trips. Don't get me wrong, I've travelled solo and I get it. But don't act the big I am in vlogs when you're actually afraid to leave your room
