She eats terribly but I would be very surprised if she was diabetic. Type 2 diabetes, if caused by diet, takes years and years typically to develop. And flushed cheeks aren’t really a symptom so that user is posting out her arse.
(Sorry, I’ve been type one, autoimmune and not caused by diet, since a kid so it’s my hot topic!).
