My local group used to use smash as a pizza base so it was syn freeInstant mash was once a free food. I seem to remember people would snack on it. Mmm wallpaper paste-y.
I remember when their first book was out and press articles were "these two aren't slim Minnie's, which actually makes them perfect to help you lose weight!"
How many cals a day does someone have to eat to maintain that? 10'000+?
In the early days they both claimed to have lost 7 stone or so each already. So they were probably at their smallest when the first book came out. Nowadays I think their strategy is to not be seen in public and hope everyone forgets what they look like.
Ah I thought that 7 stone was between them, and always seemed like a lie to pretend they were successful. Time seems to show they may not have been honest about it all.In the early days they both claimed to have lost 7 stone or so each already. I just can't imagine having all that time and money and with their brand still being whatever is two levels above morbidly obese.
Without health you have nothing, regardless of millions in the bank.
Checked the ingredients for one of them and it's 28% sugar. Lots of padding too. So expensive for what it is. You could save 90% by chucking in garlic and spices yourself and make something far healthier. I thought with the cost of living crisis branded junk like this would be a thing of the past.Resurrecting the thread because the Pinch of Nom team have been busy.
Saw that they’ve got a magazine out now. Had a flip through and they were reprinting that same boring campfire stew that has been a SW staple for ages. Plus the usual tit like ready made pastry with biscoff to make ‘biscoff swirls’ which are really low calorie (if you only eat one tiny one of course). No picture of the founders on the cover of course. But the content included a chat with their Facebook moderators. Fascinating.
They’ve also released a load of ready made packs for people who can’t be arsed to measure out some spices.

I haven't seen a picture of them in years.
Presumably they're on the skinny jabs now and have finally lost a bit of weight?
They have bad habits regardless of what they put out.Yeah, it's hard to tell as a huge loss of 15kg on them is difficult to notice.
The press for their air fryer book is ridiculous, fell into bad habits? They've never fallen into a good habit!

Is an air fryer really the gateway to healthy eating?
Even Kay and Kate Allinson, founders of Pinch of Nom, fell into bad habits with their air fryer. Their new book on the gadget proves that you can ditch the frozen processed chicken nuggets for healthier, tastier options
