It’s definitely a primary. As for the £3.2k holiday they either added onto the mortgage or paid it elsewhere - that’s the holiday the booked before buying mold manor isn’t it?
 
She’s tried to make it look bigger in her photos but it’s small and looks pretty much the same size as the last house? She said before she wanted somewhere bigger and this is not it! And being on a busy road and next to a primary school no more quiet coffees outside 😂 absolutely bewildered why they moved here

She is still SO fixated on trends. No originality at all. The crushed velvet and mirror everything was the flat. Now she thinks she’s being “dark and moody” but GOODLUCK trying to paint over all that when the time comes

I literally thought on her tik toks where she showed the clean living room for the new owners of the old house, I hope they like green cause painting over the skirting boards and doors is going to be an actual nightmare.

I’m SO confused what the 2nd staircase is for. There isn’t even a loft because the loft rooms are the bedrooms and bathroom. You can tell by the sloped roof, and the back garden picture shows there’s not other windows. And that second staircase is SO wide. I can’t find any pictures of the upstairs hallway to figure it out

And yes, for anyone wanting to jump on the dark paint trends, don’t do any of the skirting/roof or doors u less you want a nightmare repainting when it’s out of style.
also, knocks and chips on a skirting board that’s been painted dark is much more noticeable!
 
I tried to follow her last night and it said ‘cannot follow this user due to their privacy settings’ or some shit. Now I can’t find her. She’s the strangest person on the internet.🤣 why have an open TikTok if you don’t want anyone to see it!?🤣🤦🏼‍♀️
 
Second stairs going down to the basement? I can’t believe they’ve bought a 2 bed dormer bungalow with absolutely no room to add value or extend.

And (at the risk of repeating myself) why is she getting so butt hurt about a handful of people discussing it in a corner of the internet * designed for it * at least we’re not on her precious TikTok page telling her ‘it looks like a cell, hen’

It’s probably a mistake when the estate agent was creating the floor plan - seen it before. They rush it and can’t be bothered to fix it/don’t notice it
 
She was back on my FYP this morning. The decor, shopping hauls and overall vibe is so stale and generic. Literally nothing sets her apart from every other wannabe. I knew if I followed her she would block, I won’t even search for her! I’m just going to hope the TikTok gods put her on my FYP when I need a laugh x
