24 hours in Police Custody - Channel 4

Watched it earlier, the whole balaclava and dna was beyond stupid when he was adamant it couldn't be his dna and he lent it to someone. Then couldn't remember who he gave it too. Was no background on why he was stabbed and shot but was clearly gang related. Sob story Steve was out in full force.

I do wonder if they’re having to give less info about the background of cases because there’s so much ‘gang’ war stuff happening in Luton.

I wondered if it was because of potential retribution that we never heard the victim's full name, just 'Malik'. Am I right in thinking we usually would for this type of crime? It's not even stated in online reporting of the case.

There’s an episode on tonight, don’t think I’ve seen it. It says: officers from Bedfordshire Police's Safeguarding Unit reveal to her that her 76-year-old husband is under arrest and in custody following allegations of historical child sex abuse

I think i've forgotten it so I might rewatch it - bit of respite from politics and football!
I must have seen it at some time as I rewatch them but this one I seem to have forgotten about.
Just a bit off topic - do anyone watch A Killer Makes A Call - Black Widow. C5 Wed - it did say new but I saw it a couple of months ago, maybe on youtube but that woman. Will say no more but if you didn't watch it just watch the first 5 mins (it will have you hooked).
