You guys will like this.

you just know you spend too much time on here when you start dreaming of killer Cliff who saves you from an explosive then who goes on to squash your shopping!
Now you know how I feel when I'm spending December putting a thousand plus entries onto a spreadsheet... or when a family member dies and your natural response is "Aw. Poor Aunty Linda. That's such a shame, Mum. Nul points."

Notable deaths on this day (Oct 13th) in history include:

54AD Claudius, Roman emperor, died of poisoned mushrooms
1905 Henry Irving, Victorian actor, first actor to receive a knighthood, inspiration for Bram Stoker’s Dracula, died aged 67 (unlike Dracula)
1938 E.C. Segar, American cartoonist and creator of Popeye, died aged 43
1945 Milton S. Hershey, American chocolate tycoon, died aged 86. Chocolate must be good for you if he lived that long.
1974 Ed Sullivan, TV Host, died of esophageal cancer aged 73
1996 Beryl Read, British actress, died of pneumonia aged 77
2002 Stephen E. Ambrose, American historian and author (Band of Brothers), died aged 66 from lunch cancer

Yes, it seems like some impressionists were doing a mock up of his British accent
Prove to me that Cockney street artists/one man bands/chimneysweeps did NOT talk like that and I'll let you off...

Now I want to watch Diagnosis Murder so that's my afternoon taken care of.

TBH, two of my fave shows to watch without having to engage my brain too much are Dick's Diagnosis Murder and then the other similar show, Monk.
Which an ex got me into and Iove!

Diagnosis Murder reminds me of six weeks holiday when I was spending the holidays with my Nan while my mom was at work, always used to be on channel 5 before Neighbours
