Conspicuously absent from anything - it's as though he was never London Mayor. I know he said some stupid things (that despite that, and being of a group that could take offence, I think much of it was garbled and taken out of context for political gain), but not enough to be erased quite so comprehensively.

ETA: Ah. He was pretty much scooped up out of the public eye as he has Alzheimers. That makes sense now.

I'll put him on my provisional (non official) list.
