I honestly thought they would ditch Rylan and have Kevin Clifton and Stacey Dooley presenting so Janette is a dream come true compared to them!

I don’t think she’ll be as hyper or ‘full on’ as she was on Strictly. And at least she can talk about recent experiences, whereas Zoe Ball kept harping on and she was on in 1987 🙄

I think Rylan has been unwell from what I seen somewhere online, hope he is ok
 
I think they've been broody lately too with Alijaz's niece and then all the other dancers having babies so she could see it as a break for that as well as a good career move.
 
The BBC are unrivalled in their ability to elevate the wrong people. What does she even bring to the table? She bawls and shouts and makes everything about her in anything she’s on, picks up a tit load of taxpayer cash and they don’t even say as much as “personal business” (I assume it is something that would fall into that category. Unless of course she’s suspended, they probably wouldn’t tell us that either 😂).

I wonder if they thought Jermaine Jenas being sacked would sustain headlines long enough for this to be overlooked

Its fairly obvious that she’s having some personal problems following the suicide of her partner and death of her mother earlier in the year, so just as it would be if it was someone working in a supermarket it’s no one else’s business why she’s off.

Ok but suicide of her partner was years ago.
I am in no way deminishing this.
I hope she is well.
 
She is way overpaid and I can't bear her slobbery intakes of breath amongst her talking at 100mph.

Having said that she is obviously struggling after the death of her mother and I wish the DM would leave her alone.

The best thing though is that Scott Mills is doing her show, DJ Spoony and OJ Borg have been miles better in his afternoon slot.
