I recommend her Tiktok account if you want to see cringe worthy content. Also it brings into question her claims of unable to do things due to anxiety. Helen is someone who I think likes to self diagnose, if it gives her an excuse to behave a certain way. I have patients eith professionally diagnosed anxiety,they definitely don't like to be centre of attention,unlike Helen
