It’s very Disney (modern day) but I’m enjoying it. Lots of nods to the original film which brings lots of nostalgic feelings. Bette Midler is absolutely brilliant and you would never know it’s been 29 year since she played the part. Mary is great too, but I am ever so slightly disappointed with SJP as Sarah (who was my favourite). It just felt like she couldn’t fully get back into character (just my opinion of course).

Aww I love that. My oldest friend of 20 years moved to the back of nowhere a few months ago. That meant we haven't seen much of her recently because she is a bit far away. She contacted all the girls today (there's six of us) to go see her new house next Friday and watch Hocus Pocus 2. There will be a buffet too. We are all looking forward to it
