Inventing Anna. I love the actress playing Anna (from Ozark) and she does not disappoint. I haven't seen all of it but I recommend it. It's quite compelling and inspired by a true story.

I had to turn it off after 20 minutes. If you haven't read the book you will be very confused, although cinematic looked amazing. Why would they make a film like this only accessible if you read that monstrosity of a book?! (by monstrosity I'm referring to length, not quality).

Very much me at the first attempt. This was my second attempt and although I probably don’t understand all of it once you’re over the first 30-40min you get into it and it makes more sense.
Still a bit boring but as it will be a trilogy I think it’s set it up nicely for the second film to be enjoyable for those of us who haven’t read the books
