I stayed up watching it till 2am because I really wanted to see how it ends and I agree it is a little bizarre. I'm normally really good at identifying the killer but the end caught me by surprise! I did enjoy it though.

I personally think it does pick up around ep 3/4 but hopefully it becomes a bit more enjoyable for you!
