Thanks @the_chafe_is_real

Don't forget we have a (underfilled) wiki now! https://tattle.life/wiki/kelloggsontherun/

Recap:

Kelly tried and failed to do an Ironman.
Tits ran laps around his house like a dog and maimed Kelly, himself and Gemma (thisgirlcanrunfar) with some definitely safe to use multiple times lactate testing lancets.
Neither of them have progressed in anyway.

She hates 10k, she also hates 5ks and marathons. Any distance she actually likes?
Someone mentioned that it’s just a hobby and if she doesn’t like it she can just stop - I don’t think it’s as easy as that, as she has built her whole identity on it. There is nothing else in her life, and the person she’s chosen to live with also has running as his sole identity.

At least one could argue though that if she wants to make running her identity, she can improve a few things. Nah🤣

In other news, I saw her post race videos and I only sympathise with the fact that I hate the wind when running too. It ruins my pace, can’t do any intervals, easy runs feel anything but easy, awful. Maybe character building once in a while, but where I live I had it all the time and almost ruined my love for running.

Seriously can’t fathom why anyone pays them hard earned cash to get coached. Watched his story where he was fully going into how fatigued he is, yet in the same breath talking of upping the volume more so that his body will adapt. I’m not a Coach, but I’ve been coached a lot and every single Coach tells me the adaptions are in good recovery. Tits never recovers. He thinks a long, easy trail run is a rest day. It’s just not! Baffled that anyone takes them seriously for coaching

You’re forgetting that’s he’s properly thick. Like, properly thick. And no comprehension of a life outside of running at all.

Maybe his bubble is about to burst because he's been posting/advertising his coaching more than I've ever seen him do. Maybe he's realised you actually have to put some effort into building and maintaining a client base. Although a few Instagram stories won't do much if everyone sees how bad his own training is.
