Nobody said you can’t have an opinion. But I think it’s a bit much to not give the man credit for something no other manager has achieved in 55 years. Plenty of other managers would have followed the public clamour and squeezed in Grealish and Foden. Sterling wasn’t a popular selection either. But he stuck to his guns and has England where far more acclaimed managers couldn’t get them. Win, lose or draw Southgate has done a great job.

Congratulate Bielsa all you want but he couldn’t get Argentina out of a World Cup group stage and the gormless one has England in a World Cup semi final and a Euros final.

I agree with you.

Whatever the score this evening I think he's done well with the England team.

Hopefully by tomorrow we can all go back to being friends again 😅
