I think this was one of the best things I've ever watched, I can't remember ever feeling so tense and worried for a character in a TV drama before. Stephen graham and Sean bean were both absolutely fantastic.
The series is/was so good. I couldn’t believe the ending when he was on the pier. I was all “I know that place, it looks so familiar”, only to find out they had filmed it in my town and Sean Bean had been here and I had no idea The Game of Thrones fan in me died a little
I didn’t realise that the cafe was local either! I thought it was on the Wirral . Need to visitThe series is/was so good. I couldn’t believe the ending when he was on the pier. The incredibly talented Helen Black has co written a second series focusing on a women's prison with a stellar cast:
It was. Not a fan of Jodies hair thoughGood first episode.
Yes her hair was awful!
I’ve ended up watching the other two episodes on iplayer and I’ve been in tears
Tamara Lawrance who played Abi and Bella Ramsey who played Kelsey (both of whom I’ve never seen in anything before) were superb
I have watched all 3 this morning and for the first time in years a TV show has made me cry. It was superb.I agree. I couldn’t stop watching until it was over. I want to know what happened to them all though!
