This Morning #4 Holly Gormless

Josie & Craig are presenting on Monday

She’s back then

Ben Shephard was one of the reporters when Chandler & Joey went to the premiere of a movie Joey was in. His microphone had the GMTV logo on which he was a host of at the time

I wonder if him and Phillip used to discuss which one is bigger- Ben on screen or Schofield’s laugh being heard
Omg Scofield did rinse that bore of a story didn't he!

I remember years ago Cat was being interviewed about how well she'd done in the US and she said something like 'well if I'd stayed in the UK I'd have just ended up being on daytime TV'. Oh how the mighty fall...

Thank god we don't have to endure Alison every day. I really don't see the appeal. She always looks like she isn't even listening to what is being said & is concentrating on what will be coming on next.

Alison is constantly making mistakes: mispronouncing words, reading the wrong section and Dermot or others having to correct her. There’s only so long giggling & cackling your way through things will get you out of a sticky situation.

And as for Dermot’s constant fidgeting and jumping around 🙄 I’m glad we’re not getting them 5 days a week

I'm afraid to say (well I'm not, I think it's bleeping superb) This Morning is a sinking ship. Having new presenters take the helm is a like appointing a new captain to steer The Titanic. The 'tower-block Tracies' have moved on to bigger and better things like online bingo. I mentioned this in another thread, but the so-called 'ITV Family' is like a cult. All of the wealthy presenters live in a guilded cage, they have absolutely nothing in common with viewers, they despise them truth be told.

The whole tit-show is a busted-flush, much like every other sector of mainstream media. Every commercial TV channel is struggling right now to get advertising revenue. I heard a rumour that Channel 4 is in big touble. Traditional viewers are watching other forms of media. The funny thing is, execs at ITV have NO bleeping IDEA how to remedy the problem. It's hilarious. This Morning is an exemplar of their utter confusion ... chopping and changing presenters etc. They are bleeping clueless about how to stem the open wound of lost viewers and revenue.

Josie must really be thinking where did it all go so wrong. Back in June she sat alongside Holly offering her hand to hold during the infamous "Are you ok" monologue. Everyone was up in arms at poor Josie getting brought in to gain sympathy. Also remember it was said she was the presenter that Phillip snapped at too. She was riding high. Doing relatively OK when presenting full episodes. Then I'm Celeb came. I won't lie I didn't watch every bit but from what I saw she destroyed what image she had. She's lost her mojo since returning. The public have stopped fawning. I really think it was the biggest mistake of her life doing that show. The only reality shows celebs should do are Strictly, Bake Off, Dancing on Ice, Masterchef etc. One bad episode of Big Brother and I'm a Celeb can ruin a career.

Personally, I couldn't give a duck. Good post though.
