I do like Craig and Josie as they seem relatable, enjoy being there and know when to be 'light' and have a laugh and when to be serious. Alison is ok with pre-recorded light hearted interviews but otherwise often ask questions a guest has just mentioned/answered.
Dermot is getting better but still comes across to serious/laid back, Rochelle is to bland, Vernon was ok, Amanda was to 'look at me'. Gone a blank on other stand-ins.
If Holly does stay will she turn into Phil and try to become head honcho?

My perfect hosts would be Ruth and eamon full time. I really loved them on this morning! I’d love to see them back but I doubt it would happen now. I’d also love Ruth and Rylan!

I'm not buying the feud thing either. They are exactly the same with each other as they've always been. The papers analysing every bit of body language but it's all nonsense. Since the brother thing there's been less joking around but I'm guessing this feud was all made up just to get Phil out before another big story broke.

Perhaps the ‘gagging order’ is due to run out soon so he’s going before that happens. Im
sure there are plenty of fresh faces who need a job, don’t see why they’ve kept them so long they’re both millionaires without a clue of the real world

I think he was given the choice to quit with some dignity or be sacked and have none. If he was fired they would've had to say why.

Yeh I don’t get that if she’s the unhappy one why she didn’t leave. Isn’t bully/forcing someone out of their job illegal.
Wonder if I cause loads of drama at my work and say X needs to go what will happen? Yes, I will be long gone….
