He was probably not charged for that in Israel. I doubt they would have jurisdiction as none of the crimes were committed there nor towards an Israeli citizen. See my comment about potential new charges possible in a Scandinavian country.

Oh and another reflection - three Finnish women, one Danish and one Swedish. Is he deliberately targeting liberal sex cultures in order to get them on the hook without too much prior effort? No judgment just observation.

honestly…at this point i don’t even think i’d be surprised if they were all in on it and the go fund me is all 4 of them scamming all of US. it’s really reminding me of a couple of the catfish episodes where there wasn’t really a catfish…they all got together and planned it out so they could get onto the show and have their 5 minutes of fame 😂 something about the gofundme straight up asking for the full £600k…like of course if it were me i’d probably set something up too but wouldn’t expect the full amount to be paid by strangers…? idk just feels icky somehow lol

plus the documentary title in their ig bios like they were on love island or something is just sending me 😂💀 although i guess with that much debt they’re going to need to milk their new fame to death lol

i know i’m reaching but it would still be hilarious if it was just an even bigger set up 🤔😂

NO, I don't think you are reaching! This is exactly what I'm thinking! It all just seems so ... hinky.

I wonder if we're all cast members in part 2 of this interesting several-part series on how gullible people are ... maybe it's just all been manufactured, right from the get-go with the article that paper did.
 
Ok so the go fund me makes me feel uncomfortable and I don’t like it, nor how much some of them now seem to be enjoying the fame.
HOWEVER… then I think of Simon seeing all the money flooding their way and raging (probably refreshing the gfm page more frequently than they are) and I’m like, yes ladies! Fill your boots 👏
 
I seriously don't get everyone's appeal with Ayleen 🙈 She was as naive as others and she would keep being with him if someone hasn't sent her the article about him. Also cool that she "scammed" him of clothes but still the money she got from that is nothing compared to the amounts he scammed her of. Quite surprised she still wasn't forced to sell everything given how at this point banks would be all over her belongings (cause I don't think she was able to pay it off and she is included in the gfm). He only cared about these clothes back then cause he was in a tit situation, now he's back at the ploy and probably doesn't give a tit - so at this point it's only her way to milk her popularity nothing else.

I am getting annoyed how all of them is getting away with everything. Obviously he is the worst and deserves to rot in prison, still the women were super stupid but they still manage to go on holidays and have quite a comfortable life somehow. I'm just angry cause it's super unfair - "normal" people go in huge debt after paying for healthcare ffs, have to sell all their belongings, some people lost everything due to covid and they get zero help.The gfm grosses me out quite a bunch but it's up to people if they want to donate.
 
Instead of doing crowd funding to service these debts the women should stop paying the irresponsible lenders and let them chase the money. If the debt is unsecured they have nothing to lose assuming their credit ratings are already in the tit.

There’s nothing that will force the women to use any money obtained to pay the debts. Anyone donating is also being scammed.
 
Ayleen was sucked in like the rest of them, absolutely, but she wised up at the end and she really did scam him back (to a small degree). A pyrrhic victory perhaps but on principle it was excellent.
More importantly - Ayleen is the reason he has served any jail time at all. For that alone she deserves praise. Plus she withstood that relentless barrage of abuse from him - her abuser - and she did not crack. That’s a lot.

Well not sure how it works in their jurisdictions but where I live it’s a very easy process for the bank to collect debt from your account. On top of that you’re automatically put in the debtors database. So in practice, here they may refuse to pay but bank would easily take control over their account and take the money due. That’s why people who are in debt here very often take unregistered work and are paid in cash to not have anything on their account so the bank doesnt collect it.

Actually that’s a fair point. I think they were very naive but I can see how it happened.
