Is that why Camille said that Faye was morally corrupt in season1? If that’s true, is that why Faye had a book and a playboy photoshoot? To further her career. I hope she doesn’t become a full time cast member then.

I’m old enough to have watched the OJ trial live and to witness the main players become celebs off the back of Nicole Simpson’s murder. Faye Resnik went further than being a talking head on the nightly news by writing a book and posing for playboy. Camille was a 💯 right that she’s morally corrupt.

In Faye’s defence, I don’t believe she would ever expose herself again by appearing more than a few minutes on the show unless she was prepared for her OJ connection to be her first storyline. She shot down that housewife who was married to OJ’s mate (Kathryn? Young husband? Can’t remember her name…?) who tried to hold her accountable. I suspect Faye wants to forget those days so has nothing else to offer.
 
Faye almost made the trial collapse with her book so OJ wouldve just walked away without even going to court. She didn’t care, it was all about getting herself fish and famous. She also found the need to divulge she and Nicole had apparently had an occasional sexual relationship - along with other sexual encounters that Nicole had allegedly confided in her. Of course Nicole wasn’t alive to deny anything, so her kids just had to read all about the salacious details, whilst Faye got rich off the back of the book sales. Some bleeping friend.

No wonder she doesn’t like talking about it.

I was born in the early 90’s, though what were celebrities reactions to the whole OJ trial, case etc? I’m rewatching season 6 of RHOBH and Kathryn Edwards comes on the show, so of course Rinna brings the OJ connection immediately to Kathryn who was married to Marcus Allen who was friends with OJ. But Faye mentioned Kathryn in her book, when Faye didn’t really know Kathryn.
I as well, don’t think Faye would put herself in a position to be ridiculed like she might have been, when the trial was ongoing.

Wow, that’s so reckless of Faye, if Faye knew evidence is there, she would know that OJ would be going to jail regardless if she was trying to protect OJ. In season 6 of RHOBH, Kathryn Edwards comes on the show and she was married to one of OJ’s friends Marcus Allen, Kathryn hated that Faye mentioned her in the book, when they didn’t really know each other.

She looks very mean, she’s probably really intimidating in real life too. Also, it won’t be good if her daughters friends come out with stuff about Lisa in the next few years.
