There is question whether or not Erika knew that Tom was stealing money from victims funds and that is why she is in these lawsuits. If she knew where the money that funded her lavish life was coming from, she belongs on those lawsuits. That part can play out in the court system where it is.
Don't buy into Erikas bs that she's not a lawyer and didn't steal from anyone. If your partner goes and robs a bank tonight and you know they did and you spend the money... expect your arse to be behind bars. Erika claimed in the last episode that lawsuit being dismissed meant she was cleared - we all know that is not true - it was refiled in California. Erika is not a reliable source for facts.
As far as the women go, especially Crystal, no one is talking about her being involved in the theft, nor that she knew - they were only talking about her attitude towards the victims and her attitude is trash. Period. Dot.
I said on the basis she is innocent, not that she is innocent. I don’t know and neither does anyone else, we haven’t seen the evidence just the media and documentary narratives which are not legal documents.
I am Happy to wait for the court to decide how much she knew or did not know.
personally think she was added as part of a blanket strategy. the law firm was in charge of the money, the accountant and partners should have monitored the money much more closely. They are guilty of neglect at the very least.
as to the idea of bank robbers wife knowing of crime = charged as accessory not as the robber, but still guilty, so yes to that.
the lawsuit being dismissed = not good enough evidence to take to court in that state don’t know much about evidence but can’t see it being much different from state to state. California not much different than everywhere else, not sure where else they can file it after that.
crystal = just thought that erika had already been asked multiple times about lawsuit in group setting, talked to Garcelle one on one about victims and got an answer. Didn’t think it needed to be discussed again (repetitive episode to fill in a otherwise boring season with not much going on other than Sutton vs Diana).
think RHOBH needs to bring in other drama as this season has been pretty boring
drama:
sutton hissyfit at dinner - lead to Sutton vs Diana (hard to watch in aspen)
dorit PK police = non event, put in to give Dorit airtime
kathy leaving = yet to occur and held to the last episode as it’s soo dramatic = so not going to be.
kyle moaning about Sutton/Garcelle/Dorit = gives Kyle a storyline and so other the ham acting with tears
garcelle kids yelled at by Erika = genuine drama, two episodes properly then dragged out to fill episodes.
producers do better, I’m tired of Erika legal drama pulled in every other episode, Sutton being bullied then hugged by members of FFF, crystal’s house with rob for a catch up chat, PK in general.
give us some fun, giggles, girls trips with bad shopping outfits and weird activities not this hard to watch horribleness
