And this is speaking as someone who is very aware and effected by many of these issues. I watch the RH as pure escapism. I don’t really if Ramona voted for Trump, I wouldn't expect any less from her. I want witch fights, luxury getaways and too much alcohol. I don’t care if the women are black, Jewish or witches (yeah you Carlton) just as long as they bring the drama. But I think Covid meant storylines had to be streamlined and the trips local (Salem MA is not a dream trip) so the very little drama on offer was manipulated.

I feel the same. I watch RH as an escape from reality and for pure entertainment and addressing big issues happening in the world has changed the dynamics of the franchise. I don't care what they're like in their real lives just bring the ridiculous drama and luxury life and let me stop thinking for an hour about the horrible state of the world. The state of the world effects us the other hours of the day I just want my brain to stop thinking about it for a short time and be entertained. I think some of the shows did better with the entertainment value than others. BH and Atlanta did better trips with Covid than NY in my opinion

General as so many people believe that reality shows aren’t scripted and believe that producers have no involvement.

I thought it was general just checking if I needed to clarify I don't believe it's real and was showing the difference in what I believe is the person being themselves and producers creating a situation. Sadly people do believe everything they see and hear to be true

Babe, the current ep of BH is now showing on my Now TV! Checked it earlier and will watch tomorrow 🥳 I’m still not happy with the delays however
Also, wanted to add, I don’t really care about Dallas being cancelled. I didn’t care much for the cast, it was all a bit meh!
I think the current franchise series have been a bit tit, OC, NY, and BH(barring Erikas fairy tale)!. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of Covid and then BAM!, hello Potomac 🥰

Now tv has only just got last week's RHOBH and hasnt got this week's, they havent got RHONY either. Just looked at Hayu and they have both🤷🏼‍♀️
