I forgot about Ramona not blinking down the catwalk 😂😂 I'm going to have to look it up again, that was classic Ramona 🤭

Eowwww I also forgot about the VanKempens or whatever they were called, they gave me the creeps BIG Time!

“The eyes are POPPIN’”

I loved Alex and Simon. They were unashamedly weird. The first season had a very different feel because it was filmed with the intention of being launched as ‘Manhattan Moms’, focusing on raising kids in the city. Hence the schools stuff with Jill & Alex. They changed the plan when they filmed s2 and the renamed the show to focus on the women and fit with the RH franchise (OC was the original).

I vaguely remember it was supposed to be Manhattan Moms, why was Bethenny cast? She wasn't a mom or a housewife. She really didn't fit in either way. But glad she was cast and wish she would come back. They need her now!

I tried to go back and watch OC from the beginning but it was so horrible! Wow badly filmed and most of the cast was bad

I think Bethenny always wanted a baby, she always talks about having a family in early seasons. Maybe she was cast as a sort of counterpoint to the ‘moms’, a single woman who wanted motherhood but didn’t have a partner or the financial means to make it happen. Hence the whole desperate Jason mess.

Has anyone watched RHo Washington? It was just 1 series, years ago, so looks quite dated, but there's a couple on it called the Salahi's, that are epic TV. They just brag and lie and keep getting caught out, they even tried blagging their way into the White House, on camera, saying they had tickets. So good.
Omg yes!! 😂

So this thread inspired me to go down a RHONJ rabbithole ha. Oh my goodness, the Manzo fall out! I guess it's old news by now, but I always got the sense that Caroline treated the women in her life (daughter, Dina) a lot more harsh than her "boys", all this "faaaamily" stuff like a Peggy Mitchell without a heart. Just watched a clip on youtube where Lauren leaves in tears after her brother's goading her, then all the focus on her weight, just really unsupportive stuff. But for Caroline to side with her abusive brother in law, over her own sister who was victim to him... not surprising, but so sad.

I've just started RHOP and watched all them over the weekend. I was glued
What a bunch of entertaining women.

Lots of drama.

I hated the Manzos (except Dina) they had a really crappy spin off show as well I hated

Bethenny absolutely wanted to get married and have a baby... unfortunately her "desperation" for it lead to Jason. Really felt bad for her. She just wanted a family. I felt Jill was the reason she got on. Jill treated Bethenny like her little sister and Skinnygirl is a success because Jill and Bobby introduced her to the right people. It was a shame their friendship ended. Also very sad that Bobby died. I like him and I liked him and Jill together

I think Bobby seemed nice but I always found it SO weird how his relationship with Jill's daughter (Alison I think?) was so distant and awkward

Ally was 9/10 when Jill married Bobby? She could have been upset her parents divorced, didn't like having a step dad? Maybe he was awkward with kids? She spoke highly of him when she was older and after he passed. He treated Jill like a queen and really grounded her. He told her to apologize to Bethenny

I didn’t realise until very recently that Alison wasn’t his child!
She isn't Shapiro's (Jill's ex husband) biological daughter either. There was a story last year I think, that Jill was blackmailed into admitting that Ally was conceived with a sperm donor

Wow did not know that. Took me a while to realise that Dorindas daughter wasn't John's either

We now have Amazon prime which includes tv , all episodes of HW are available there . I think it’s £7.99 a month for prime delivery including tv . I used to have hayu aswell until I realised 🤦🏽‍♀️ Also get all below deck etc 😎

Absolutely love Sutton , her Instagram is really good . Anyone see her stories where she did a cover of. Blake Shelton song with her assistant just before she moved out of Kyles house , it was really good 😊… it’s possibly still on her grid
yeah hayu through prime is a god send I have the fire stick and it works perfectly I don't use the hayu app on the fire stick or anywhere else I just use prime video as it's a part of my channels on there
