I absolutely loathed Teddi loathed her not only was she a bore and extremely awkward and a try hard but she has her head so up Kyles arse. Her husband is so strange/odd I mean that in both looks and personality. They look so mix matched and I think he loves the plastic surgeons/Botox more then any of the BH wives do.
It always seemed a bit strange to me how they installed everyone’s security, everyone immediately get robbed and suddenly Teddi and her husband were loaded and upgrading their own homes.
Not suspicious at all.

Right? An up and coming rapper was robbed and killed in one of their rental homes - it was technically one of the hangers on’s fault as he let the address slip in an IG story, but you’d think a place like that would have decent security systems! Very odd.

Omg was that Pop smoke ?

Wow @Beverley Macker you could be on to something. I didn’t really understand how you can afford such lavish home in BH just by selling high end security. I always thought it was Teddi’s family wealth that they were living on.

Teddi's husband installed Kyle's security system after they were robbed. Teddi's net worth is $12 million (with her husband). She has a rich dad. They've moved and made money on each sale. Teddi was a tit boring housewife but it doesn't mean she made her money in a suspicious way, especially with the extremely wealthy father she has

If I remember correctly I swear during the reunion she said they were on holiday and the alarms company was in the process of installing the new system and she was robbed when it was half finished.

You're right Teddi's husband installed it and there was a faulty panel that made it useless. Since Kyle and Teddi are BFF's I thought he fixed it after. If I lost all of those things from my mom, don't know how good of a friendship I could have with the person who's bad work enabled the robbery to happen.

I've always wondered why Kyle would keep such valuable things, both in monetary and sentimental value, at home.

I've found myself going down the Teddi and Edwin rabbit hole and looks like his business has a lot of negative reviews. Why would Kyle and Mo use him? Now I'm starting to think conspiracy theory... was the break in set up?

When I first commented I was just thinking Teddi comes from wealth and her having money doesn't necessarily have to be shady, but from what I'm reading I stand corrected

I get the want to have sentimental things nearby but I would have had them locked in a heavy and inconspicuous place so thieves couldn’t get them so easily.

Sadly most people think it will never happen to them. Kyle learned a very hard lesson. I'm not wealthy like them, but have a few family heirlooms and have them in a safe at the bank because I'm so scared to have anything happen to them. We had house fire when I was young and it left me afraid of loosing important and sentimental things

I didn’t know banks held items - going to look into it as you’re right, people think it won’t happen to them.

I don't know if all banks have safety deposit boxes but ours does and we keeps some heirlooms that we would never wear but want to continue to pass down. It's big enough that I could fit at least one expensive handbag in. We also have a safe at home for pictures, "real" jewelry, documents and a few other things I wouldn't want to loose. We were fortunate that the fire didn't go through the whole house, but water and smoke damaged things. We lost a lot of photo albums so now I'm extra careful with things that you can't replace
