Inconvenience a couple of hundred people over having millions discussing and watching your show and reaping in the advertising revenue? Perfectly plausible to me.

I think it's daft but my kids love it. The only issue is they are expecting huge stars to be revealed. They are expecting Qyeen B to be Beyonce for example.

They keep stuff in TV secret all the time with an audience there - look at all the BGT/X Factor auditions, finale of The Apprentice (with You're Hired) - you hear nothing about those despite a very present audience.

But only 6 people knew who each singer is, not even the other celebs know each other. I doubt theyre gonna go to all that effort and then let an audience know before it airs
