Swan is either Martine McCutcheon, or a Pussycat Doll - and honestly if it is a Pussycat doll it might actually be Nicole. There was something about the voice that made me think it just might be Nicole. Or Martine. But clues keep adding in Ashely/Kimberly.

The castle is at the very beginning of the vt. drone footage of the turret of castle coch. It’s beautiful like a rupinzel castle.
I know he did live in Wales when married but may have moved to Surrey when the relationship ended
