The stag night debark-cal has been solved Jazzers best mate has agreed to step in and organise the whole thing and also sort out Ben the mouse. Vince will have a buddy to reassure him that it’s just his hormones!

Erik has a lovely voice. Not surprised Kirsty is beguiled.
Nice to hear Adam and Tom again. They've been MIA for a while.
 
It feels like there are no real stakes to anything at the moment. I have no interest in Eastenders type drama of everyone being a murderer / married six times / having awful traumatic things happen but even the Ben mental health storyline seems to have dialled right back to some sense of ‘normality’ at quite alarming speed.

I do think we’re being primed for Brian to pop his clogs, with his walks down memory lane etc. i think I’m right in saying that he is married to Shula IRL so now she’s left perhaps he won’t be far behind…? Although I’m sure I also read that the actress who plays Jennifer has been unwell and can’t see them having him die without hearing from her, that would feel odd.

Not wishing any of them any ill, but at some point we will lose June Spencer and although she’s gone silent Peggy’s death will have big ramifications with inheritance and so on. Jill also can’t be around forever. It would be interesting to know what the life expectancy in Ambridge is, all their old people seem to go on forever and the untimely deaths in the younger generations are generally through incident rather than illness.
 
Oh yes, I had forgotten Robert’s actor had died. I loved him and Lindybottom together.

I am now trying to find a source for that news on Jenny Darling but now worried it’s me that’s unwell and losing my marbles a bit! Maybe it was on one of the Archers FB groups…

I hope Erik and Kirsty get together as long as he’s not yet another wrong’un to ruin her life once again. Just as long as it’s not Kate heading into another ‘woman in love triangle with two brothers’ shtick a la Emma/Ed/Will, Pip/Rex/Tooooobeeeeeyyy, Lillian/Matt/his brother whose name escapes me…

Can’t help but feel sorry for Brad, with luck though the text may not be quite as it seems, I often end my own texts with “…. “ where my intention is “make of that what you will” or wtte. Maybe Paige can’t move forward with Brad because of family commitments: don’t think we’ve heard the end of this one,

“Better then us” Helen has been replaced by a robot that has learnt that to repeat the past will only lead to pain and disappointments. Next Lee will be caught karate chopping the furniture. Lees history mite not all be sweetness and light !
The bored immortal of the village are getting very needy when the country has gone to shinola.
