Because they were all shite.

Sun article (https://www.thesun.co.uk/tv/18039269/the-apprentice-kathryn-burn-pyjamas-asos/):
'A spokesperson for My Everyday Pyjamas said: “As a small business we pride ourselves on offering high quality, ethically-sourced, matching pyjama sets for customers at a competitive price.”'
Show me they're ethical!! Because they're not, are they?!

Her website (https://www.myeverydaypyjamas.co.uk/pages/about-us) says the pyjamas are 'designed in the UK'. You mean... you picked the design from another webshop?

Meanwhile, her Christmas pyjama shop is closed until September 4th. A sign she's won and is remodelling the business?

How is her closing down her Christmas pyjamas online shop a sign that she’s won? It probably just means it’s out of season and will re-open in September to catch that run up to Christmas

Presumably her main pyjama online shop is still open?

The obvious reason to close the Christmas pyjama shop would be that she's sold the Christmas stock and doesn't want to stock things she's not selling now to save on warehouse costs, so she'd see it as a seasonal thing. At the same time, she's currently selling only summer pyjamas in her myeverydaypyjamas shop that might become wearable now, but were certainly too cold between Christmas and March.

The fact that the Christmas pyjama shop is closed might also suggest that she's going to integrate it within her new myeverydaypyjamas shop, the name that she is pitching for the investment, and that she'll ditch the Christmas shop as a separate shop for good.
The other option is that Sugar wants her to focus on fewer prints since the wealth of sizes and prints were mentioned as a risk during the interviews, but I don't think this is so likely.
