It will be water weight as soon as they stop them it will come back on within days.
But its notorious those diets for making people unhealthy anemic etc for the fast weightless

Yeah they say 8lbs is the healthy amount to lose in 4 weeks.. so 12lbs in 2 weeks is far from amazing in my eyes...
