Yes to this! I tried going to college to do an access to midwifery course when I was 30 but I was entitled to no help towards the course or towards childcare. So that was the end of that!

I think they actually changed the gov. Rules regarding that due to a shortage of midwives, worth re checking if you haven’t recently
