Iv had this happen to me. I had no choice but to wake the kids ans then got them settled after. It was either wake the kids or stuck on the platform lol

I can see your point however the only issue Charlotte is going to have is if her mum does pass away there’s only going to be one lot of benefits coming in where as at the moment Donna would be getting a lot of benefits which obviously helps Charlotte out too if she needed it. Charlotte needs to learn to become financially stable for herself before anything does happen. Being 19 and having twins isn’t an excuse, there’s loads of girls out there who have 2 children by the time they are 19 who still work a part time job or study. She’s not Donnas carer her sister is, there’s nothing stopping her getting a part time job or going into studies, she would still have plenty of time to make memories with her mum and the girls

I have worked since the moment I left school, only took time off for maternity leave when my son was born so just to make it clear my taxes do pay for people like Charlotte and I have absolutely no problem with that until her kids are in school

I get what people are saying about her being able to afford to get her nails done etc but seriously her standard of living ain't great - I'm sure if those of you who say you couldn't afford to not work after your kids were born would have been able to afford it if you lived in a house like Charlotte does with her mum (and poss her sister, does she live there too?)

Charlotte may well prove me entirely wrong and turn out to just want to work ever but all I can make my assessment on is the current situation, her kids aren't that old and she wants to be at home with them rather than work. And she doesn't have to study, as long as she gets a job when they are at school.

I can imagine people did ask but she had her heart set on a complaint. I know if I saw someone struggling even with bags I’d offer a hand and especially with a twin-seat pushchair. I don’t know but I reckon she’d be turning down the help screaming about how independent she is even if they did 😂

And this! I’m sure they could nod back off quite easily when she was up the stairs and on their way 😅
 
I don’t get is Donna was with them, not sure how many stairs are at that station but Charlotte and Donna could of carried that pram with them up the stairs to let the kids sleep 🤷🏼‍♀️ Me and my sister use to do that all the time and my like I’m sure Donna may have been capable of doing it or as someone said Charlotte could of just bunked it up the steps. It’s just an inconvenience for Charlotte and she just wants to make a big thing out of it because it’s happened to her

If you look at Donna's hands u doubt she could of helped.
But yeah Charlotte could off
