Couldnt she have waited 2 days before she’s actually allowed to get them done?

The child suffers more whilst the relationship is going on. Any family court would order that Brett could still parent and Harlow have her time with him. Likewise, many think Charlie is also abusive- should Brett not hand Harlow back to her then?
Drug use is rampant across all sections of society. I know social workers who unwind with coke, many other professionals too.
I don't know realistically what SS are expected to do here.

Brett could not wait to post the photo of Harlow just to show everybody that he’s seen her. He’s a prick! Knowing full well that all the haters on here would attack Charlie for letting him see her.
I hope it’s a supervised visit and he isn’t on his own with her. He is unhinged and not fit to be in charge of that child.

She shouldn't of sent her though so they are as bad as each other

It’s not the same no, because regardless of what went on that whole day, his behaviour on that video was violent and unacceptable. Charlie could have been sat goading him, it still doesn’t make that sort of behaviour anywhere near ok.
Many years ago, my daughter’s dad punched me - we’d been arguing and both said hurtful things, but regardless of what had been said, hitting me was not okay.
Tit for tat, ‘he said she said‘ is one thing, but out and out violence like that, is vile

You hve missed the point. We don’t know before that video if Charlie was smashing things of his? Or her friends was? Violence is never okay, correct. I just feel if to say that we don’t know everything from a 30 second video of Harlow being with her dad, is the same as Charlie’s video of Brett kicking off, no?

seriously though, what has happened recently is just awful and to think that a poor baby is in the middle of it sickens me, because with charlie and brett it will always be tit for tat and always trying to get at eachother by getting involved in one another’s buisness. poor harlow is being raised in an environment where her parents are constantly at war and unfortunately they’re not mature enough to get along for their daughters sake :(.

I haven’t missed anything. If Charlie has been doing anything of the sort, Brett would have made sure we knew about it. The kid literally posts only to incite a reaction. His silence following the incident speaks volumes. He’s a prick. End of

Right let’s not forget she also smashed his car ? They are both terrible people. I’m not sure how she’s pulled the wool over some eyes. But here we are.
