She could be naturally slim but still you got to loose it somehow . She might of had a personal trainer but still she lost a lot of weight in a very short space of time compared to say Chloe or Shannon who I think where pretty slim before there babies too

I think with Megan’s weight it was cause Megan she was either pregnant or not long given birth so used to seeing her with more weight on her.. probably just naturally came off running around after two children too x

That and she was suffering with depression when she was with Dylan. I think as soon as she cut ties with him she became healthier all round, mentally and physically
 
I remember after I left my abusive relationship when my son was around 6 months old and the stress from it all caused me to lose so much weight. I was even slimmer than I was pre pregnancy. Not saying that Megan was in an abusive relationship but it was very toxic for her and took its toll to make her lose the weight. Plus 2 kids

I agree, she definitely seems to carry not just her own stresses but everyone else around her. Look how much she did for Dylan's family when his mum died. I imagine she's very much the same with her own family too.

That’s true ! It was very toxic.She did take the break from teen mum , and came back looking healthy and happy
