I’ve not seen Mias house as I don’t follow her, but a small 2 bed house in my area is normally between £950-£1200 per month crazy seeing the difference between different areas

i had to put my radius to 30 mile to even find £1200

she said she was trying to but people kept getting in there first on houses she wanted. Tbh tho I do think she would just be happy to have a roof over her head where as chloe has to have a mansion the minute she gets a home

north east, 3 beds with a garden in nice areas are about £550. My 2 bed flat is £445 in a desirable area. But you can get flats for £310 here

I'm from the north west and can get a 2 bedroomed house for £350 to £450 depending on the estate or area

I think influencers must struggle to get accepted for mortgages, there income won’t be classed as “stable” as obviously it’ll vary each month. Plus I reckon Mia gets some sort of housing benefit, I highly doubt she pays full rent/council tax etc herself along with her car finance.. she doesn’t earn THAT much!

Rewatching season 1 and I just find some of the comments from Manley and his mum to Mia so bizarre. Mia is going out for manleys sisters birthday, and he is being so arsey with her, and saying if he let her, she would deffo go out more. Sorry, if you let her? Are you feeling well? Then Maggie keeps telling Mia not to contact or FaceTime Manley on the night out ??? Sorry ??? Why can’t she, cos ur precious son will be annoyed? Gross. Then Maggie takes Marliya from Mia and says “you be a a good girl and stay in” (something along those lines) and once again ??? Sorry ??? Why does a girl going out and enjoying herself mean she is not a good girl? Wtaf even is a good girl ??? I am so glad Mia is out of that situation. Mia seems quite positive, I just hope she teaches Marliya different from the sexist views Manley will put in her head and Maggie will reinforce.

I don’t know what her company is but if she is registered it would be the same as working anywhere if she doesn’t make the money she will have her money topped up. Can’t imagine someone like her is short of a few quid like unless she’s not disclosing all earnings. Seems like a massive faff for someone with their own company so I doubt she’s getting benefits, that’s probably why she’s got such a small house, out of the ones I saw in the listings it was one of the nicest for the least money
