I don’t hate them I think if you can 100% afford one then go for it, but I agree some people sink themselves into debt paying stupid amounts on finance (cough cough Chloe) just to look good, fit in and use it for their insta

Thing is they’re not even a status symbol anymore, the world and his wife can get one on finance if they’re willing to pay a high enough interest rate. Then complain at how much the upkeep is 😂

i don’t really see what you’re getting at? i completely get where she’s coming from, i live in a flat and it feels a lot more security. not ground floor, there’s extra security on the communal doors. and i am incredibly anxious and scared about moving into a house next month out of fear of people trying my doors or breaking in. doesn’t mean i should never take the jump, it’s more space and a garden for the kids. it’s easy to outgrow a flat so i don’t think there’s anything wrong with her saying she’s scared of moving into a house
